    Ok resort

The resort was nice average resort the pool bar was horrible but they had other bars close to the beach. That was very nice. The VIP bar was very nice. The restaurants was poor food especially the Chinese restaurant was very bad. Don’t try it

Great vacation if you can deal with a few things

This was our second stay at this resort. Pros: 🔹 Beautiful beachfront with comfy beds, bar service, and food delivered right to your lounger. 🔹 Large, clean pools. 🔹 Excellent spa—great massage, body scrub, facial, and a refreshing juice bar by the jacuzzi. 🔹 Polite, pleasant staff who try to be helpful. 🔹 Relaxing vibe with optional activities; easy to stay low‑key. 🔹 Tasty food at both the restaurants and buffet. 🔹 the casino and shows on site were fun. Cons: 🔹 No room service. After 10pm, food is limited to a small buffet (soup, basic salad, hamburgers without cheese, hotdogs). You can’t take food out unless the front desk gives special permission. When I got sick, it took 3 hours to get a simple soup delivered despite multiple calls and being labeled “VIP through RCI.” 🔹 Pools and jacuzzis are extremely cold unless it’s summer. The only warm jacuzzi is in the spa, and you must pay for a service to access it. 🔹 The Lifestyles membership creates unnecessary segregation. I was asked to move from an empty beach bed area because of my wristband—even though I had an all‑inclusive VIP band and the “correct” area was a 2‑minute walk away with identical beds and bar. 🔹 The nightclub is restricted to Lifestyles members, even though it’s usually empty. 🔹 Expect persistent pressure to attend the Lifestyles presentation. We were called three mornings in a row at 8:30am until we unplugged the phone. We attended once before—plan for an all‑day commitment, not the promised one hour.

    Disappointed

Sadly disappointed with our experience. Downgraded our room from royal suites to a very small room upon arrival. Room were given was very small, ac sounded like a freight train, hot water was inconsistent, sink was broken, very loud location. Dinning was also disappointing. Impossible to get reservation in the restaurants we qualified for. Multiple people in our party were sick from a villa bbq dinner. Had to wait in line to discuss reservations with our concierge multiple times. She was not very helpful. The beach and sun were the best part.

    Dinner time

Yennifer Pérez was a delight and very helpful. She helped us organize all our à la carte dinners. The layout of the resort was easy to navigate.
