  Will not stay again.

  Stay away! No restaurant, no bar, totally mislead from website!! Big walk to get to rooms with no assistance. No hot water first night. TV not working. Internet sporadic. Horrible linens that were torn and had spots on them and squeaky old beds! Rusted showers, everything felt filthy! Great views but needs a major update. Could not check in until 4pm on the dot. Had to walk a quarter mile to get to a restaurant. We asked to get a refund and go to another hotel and were denied due to cancellation policy. Terrible!!!

  Pleas clean the bathrooms

  We stayed at Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas as an emergency accommodation after spending the entire day at the airport. Our airline, Delta, sent us here, and we didn’t have the option to research or choose the hotel beforehand. Given the circumstances, the stay was overall fine for what it was. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, which didn’t bother us much and was understandable for an emergency stay. One inconvenience, however, was the lack of electrical outlets in the room. Aside from the outlet in the bathroom and the one being used for the TV, there were very few accessible places to charge our devices. We were placed on a lower floor, and privacy was a concern. Our room was fully exposed to the main road of the hotel, and guests were parking their cars directly below our balcony. This made it feel like we had little to no privacy throughout our stay. What truly disappointed us was the bathroom cleanliness. Upon arrival, there was a toothpaste stain on the toilet, which we initially brushed off. However, after looking closer, we noticed what appeared to be pubic or beard hair on the sink and behind the toilet. This was uncomfortable and concerning. The bathrooms should be thoroughly double-checked, as cleanliness in this area is extremely important for guests. Overall, Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas was acceptable for an emergency stay, but improvements in cleanliness, privacy, and basic room functionality would make a significant difference.

  Roach infested

  My worst hotel stay to date. We chose this hotel due to the location which is perfect however the pictures were quite misleading. On arrival we noticed the hotel and villas looked quite rundown. It was only a 3 day stayed so we thought this would be ok. After a long day out got back for bed pulled my covers back and there was a dead cockroach in my bed. This was concerning because I wondered when was the last time the bedding was changed. Picked the phone up to call reception, however the phone was broken. My brother had to walk down from the villa to reception in the rain. Was informed no house keeping staff but offered a swap which I agreed to. The other villa on arrival had a horrible, unclean smell plus the AC didn’t work properly. I went back to the previous room taking the bedding from that room. The following night and then in the morning found 2 cockroaches this time alive in the bathroom. This was the last straw we could no longer comfortably stay at this roach infested place so our 3 nights stay turned into 2 which was very disappointing as it was my brother’s big birthday. Other things we tried to overlook were the fact that the pictures were very misleading in regards to the beach. There was no beach access, it seem there was because of the rubble that remain. We did not dear to go into any of the 2 pools as they looked unkept and dirty. No compensation was offered although there were multiple faults with the hotel. Staff were pleasant but overall everything else was shockingly poor and disappointing. Absolutely disgusting.

  Second time stay

  This was our second time staying here. Hotel staff were very kind & welcoming. Rooms were clean & nice and cool. The view is beautiful too! There are 2 pools to lounge at (pool towels are available st the office) and beautiful vegetation all around the property to enjoy! The hotel is walking distance from the airport if you didn’t get a rental car or taxi. We enjoy our stay here!

  Infested My Cockroaches

  The Room was infested with cockroaches and mold which ruining my birthday trip. The first night my sister pull the sheet to go bed and find a dead cockroach under her sheet, we ask to change room only to move next door which has mold and funky smells. We ask for another room only to be told that they have no more room so we ask them to send someone to the first room since it was late to change the linen and get rid of the roaches, only to be told that they have nobody to assist us so we have to end up doing ourself. The next night after along day out only to see another roach in the bathroom climbing on the wall, frontdesk still didnt have a room to move us again we have to kill the roach ourselves and task it out. The next morning we wake up to another in the shower so we call the frontdesk and checkout early. On a positive note the location is good and the property is beautiful but the rooms are not kept update and clean and because I would stay or recommend this hotel. I will posted the pictures and the end I wish there was option to post the videos
