    Top Tier Customer Service

    Live Aqua far exceeded my expectations. The level of service we received was top tier. Everyone was so hospitable. Our stay was taken up another notch with the addition of Francis Tavarez, Kelvis and Johan Mejia, Chef at Huzar. The level of service these men provided us during our stay made our vacation even more memorable. These men are an asset to the Live Aqua team and should be recognized! The food, drinks and hospitality were unmatched, thanks to them! In addition, the beach was pristine with plenty of chairs to choose from. If you are looking for an adults only, all inclusive resort in Punta Cana you should definitely consider Live Aqua.

    Excellent Staff and Beautiful Resort!

    The experience I had with this resort is hard to put in words as the magnitude of excellence is inexplicable. There were so many friendly and amazing staff who went above and beyond to help my stay be as enjoyable as possible, especially since I went alone. The room was beautiful and very clean, as they came to clean twice a day. The food was fresh and delicious with many options. I have a list of names of those who went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant (there were so many!): Salvador, Luis, Nataly, and Linda all made sure that I felt welcomed and even made a special table for me to sit at for breakfast. Eric was very pleasant and even invited me to enjoy the hydro massage experience which was very rejuvenating! Julio was so sweet and helped me to carry my bag to the checkout desk on the day I had to leave. Rafael was very welcoming and made great margaritas. Yuleisy was so kind and even remembered my name and would greet me each time she saw me. A few others like Gilbert, Valentin, and Angelo would greet me and make sure I was enjoying my experience every time they saw me. So many other people would greet me and talk to me and make sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, I’d like to mention that Francis, one of the managers was absolutely fantastic. I could tell he goes above and beyond and cares about the experiences that his guests have when they come to his restaurants. He was a pleasure to speak to and even curated special drinks for me to try which were all delicious. The service I received was world class. It was unexpectedly amazing and my experience is unforgettable. I’m so appreciative of everyone there that works so hard!

    Excellent Service from the Staff

    We stayed at Live Aqua Punta Cana the first week of February 2025. Overall experience was excellent. Read some reviews prior to the trip criticizing aspects of the resort, namely food and service. All of the food was good to excellent. Highlights were the breakfast buffet and hibachi for dinner. Enjoyed the various entertainment options. We were particularly impressed with service from the staff. Special thanks to hostess Aracelis. We met her on the first day at the Mediterranean restaurant and saw her at several other establishments everyday thereafter. She was always graceful, welcoming and attentive every time we saw her. She truly made our stay memorable.

    Not worth it.

    This place is NOT worth the money. The room smelled of mildew the entire time we were there, despite our call for service. The furniture in the room was dirty and the food was just "Ok." The staff was the only redeeming factor here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
