Very beautiful resort! The rooms were very nice, food was good, both the pools and the beach were well kept and beautiful. The best part of the trip was the friendly staff. Luis and Mariely on the entertainment team stood out to us and treated our family amazing. The both of them were so welcoming at every event they were at and made each activity / event so fun. We looked forward to seeing them every day! Red was another member of the staff who was also very welcoming to our family. Provided great entertainment and was very encouraging during the events! The staff honestly made our trip one of the best trips we have been on. Absolutely amazing.

Amazing resort with amazing service
Absolutely amazing vacation spot for adults. 5 Star resort that thinks of everything. The only downside I could possibly list was the dinner food, as the restaurants weren't oh-my-god amazing, but there was nothing wrong with the food either. The buffet breakfast provided options from all over the world and the lunch spots were spot on! Service was flawless and the resort maintained a constant cleanliness throughout the establishment. Beaches were pristine and even if you didn't opt for a private cabana, there were plenty of umbrella covered chairs to choose from.

Amazing experience, and the most amazing staff!
The Staff are amazing! The resort is not large, and everything is close by. We enjoyed the food at all the restaurants. But their greatest asset is their staff. We want to send a special tank-you to some of them. Our butlers, Nathanael and Ismael were incredible. They looked after us every day during our stay. They arranged everything we needed and even arranged something very special for 2 birthdays that we were celebrating while there. They made our stay so much more enjoyable, and we were very grateful to know them. Antony at the Aqua Club lounge is the nicest person you could ever meet. Always happy and welcomed us every day with a smile and a hug😊. He made our check-in so easy. We miss him already. Francis the restaurant service manager was incredible. He is truly the best when it comes to service. Always positive and looking out for our needs while there. He even took the time to make us all his special drink at the Mexican restaurant. I would definitely return to this resort. The staff here are just so incredible.

My first time in live aqua and I will be back beautiful place the food are amazing and you don’t need reservation for the restaurant a lot pool the place are so quiet and they have a lot activities with Jesus and the entertainment staff the Michael Jackson show is my favorite
