Very nice property. Feels very private and not at all crowded. Plenty to do, plenty of pools, good amount of chairs on the beach. Comfortable bed and great showers. Eric, our butler, provided excellent service. Some food and drinks were very good, others were not very good. Did not appreciate that was pressure from other staff to sit through a sales presentation for a vacation club, even though we had already paid full price for the stay.

Upscale resort in Punta Cana
Upscale resort. Enjoyed the grounds, the beach and pools. All inclusive food and drinks. Our butler Daniel was a standout. Attentive and arranged golf outings/transportation for us.

We so enjoyed our stay at Live Aqua DR. The staff—each and every one of them friendly and smiling every day. Raifer provided above average service as our butler. They’re in spa was excellent. The food in the buffet was so above what we have experienced in other resorts. Go to this lovely facility on the beach—you won’t be disappointed

We were fortunate to have Eric support us for our stay. he was attentive accommodating and a pleasure to talk with! HIs smile is contagious hence we nicknamed him “smiley”

Stellar Customer Service gives this resort a true 5 star rating
I don't write many reviews, but my family holiday to Live Aqua deserves one. I travel extensively internationally. DR is not our normal jam, but my son and his girlfriend convinced my wife and I to join them. The resort is newish and quite lovely with 9/10 buildings, rooms, landscaping, 7/10 food, 7/10 beach. For the money this is a 4.2 star very high value resort holiday. Worthy of anyone wanting a smaller more eloquent hotel for sun and sand holiday. What set it apart , elevating it was the Tierra suite and the butler service that came with it. I would highly recommend if going to this resort and getting Aqua Club service to ask for Eric. I mean it ask for him by name, don't settle for just whom every they throw at you. A young, kind , well spoken English speaker with professional client service skills. I had a butler service in Italy at a resort costing 8X last year that didn't compare to the valued service he offered. He arrived with lattes each morning for my wife and I to start our day slowly before Breakfast, he arranged our daily dinner reservations, he came by at beach every morning to ensure we were happy with our gazebo he reserved. He was always there when we needed him and took this from an ordinary to extraordinary holiday.
