    Second time visit and just as good as the first!!

    We went to Live Aqua Punta Cana from the 28th December to 4th January. It was our second trip to the resort in 14th months and it was just as good as we remembered. A number of the staff remembered us from our first visit and treated us like returning family. Miguel at the main pool lit up when he saw us and took really good care of us throughout our stay, always keeping an eye out for when our drinks were low and bringing more without us asking. We had a pool view swim out in building 6, right next to the main pool, so even when we were in our pool Miguel would come over and bring us drinks. Miguel ROCKS!! The food was great as always apart from one night at the Italian which wasn't up to its usual standard. The french is still our favourite by far. The New Years eve party was amazing. Unfortunately due to the weather it had to be moved to the terrace by the main building rather than being hosted on the beach. The staff did a great job at setting up and the entertainment was good and the fireworks were also very good. We paid extra for a private table which came with a bottle of Moet Rose champagne, a great way to toast in the New Year. There was also a choice of set dinner or buffet dinners to choose from for anyone who is thinking of going for New Year this year. All in all we had another amazing trip to Live Aqua and I still maintain that the staff make this resort. Always happy to see you, always smiling and always doing their utmost to make sure you have a truly amazing stay. We are already talking about doing visit number 3 in 2027!

    Beautiful resort, great food, awesome and friendly staff. Red in particular was the highlight of my trip. I couldn't recommend it enough!

    Good but music is too thumpy and would only appeal to a salsa dance crowd.

    Great resort. Food is above average for an all inclusive. People are great, warm,friendly. The only negative is the music ( if you can call it that) is too loud and the same repetetive dance mix crap. It thumps the whole resort and takes away from the otherwise relaxing environment. They could use some advice in the music department. 80’s dance mix may be fine for a day but there are other genres available. Thump thump thump thump. Bring a smart speaker if you want to tune out their stuff a bit. I kept mine low volume and on contemporary rock. I suggest you bring a smart tv device ( firestick,chromecast,google box) forTV . We like to relax with our own channels and news, so a smart device with a vpn is handy. Their tv’s work great for streaming. Good mix of ages here with visitors ranging from 40-70’s. Couples,no kids.

    Fabulous all-inclusive Caribbean resort

    We had a fabulous experience at Live Aqua. Our room was upgraded to have a swim- up pool overlooking the garden. The service was outstanding as soon as we stepped into the hotel at reception by Yakeiry. David Castillo, the butler, managed our every request from wine bottles delivered to our room, to golf and dinner reservations. The nightly entertainment and foam pool party were unexpected gems. The beach was picture-perfect resplendent with many palms and soft sand.

    A great holiday

    We are at the resort now and I thought dropping a quick review now (more to follow) the hotel is very clean and tidy with very polite staff we especially impressed by CONFESOR at the wounderpool bar what a lovely guy Our butler is Yrani is also excellent never in your face but just seems to pop up just at the right moment (I am sure she is hiding in the bushes) if you deliberating about booking this hotel don’t just do it you won’t be disappointed Paul And Janet
