  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Experience — Hospitality That Feels Like Family! What an absolutely AMAZING experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and hospitality that made us feel right at home! A very special THANK YOU to the incredible entertainment team—Red, Priscilla, Joahan and Bradley! You are truly exceptional! Your beautiful spirits, contagious energy, laughter, and genuine love for what you do made our experience unforgettable. We laughed, enjoyed every moment, and felt like we were surrounded by family rather than simply vacationing at a resort. I first visited back in January with my girls, and the experience was so wonderful that I knew I had to return with the rest of my family so they, too, could experience the incredible hospitality of this amazing team. And once again, you did not disappoint! A heartfelt thank you also goes to Rafael and Salvador, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, appreciated, and cared for. Your kindness and attention truly made a difference! The entire property was absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. Every corner was spotless, the atmosphere was inviting, and the food was DELICIOUS! But what truly makes this place special is THE PEOPLE! Beautiful facilities can be found anywhere, but genuine hospitality, warmth, and people who make you feel like family are priceless. To Red, Priscilla, Joahan, Bradley, Rafael, and Salvador—THANK YOU for creating memories that our family will cherish! You are the heart of this experience and the reason guests like me keep coming back. We arrived as guests but left feeling like family. ❤️🥰 Five stars simply aren't enough!   Great Food, Drinks & Staff - Would Recommend

  This resort provided exceptional customer service and the food was never a miss. Although, the main pool was not super clean as it’s located near the beach, sand was always being dragged into the pool and you can feel the sand on your feet near the pool bar as you ordered your drink in the pool - Wishing that the pools was slightly more clean while we were there. Staff shoutout: Entertainment team lead - Red. Red you are simply amazing. Your energy, aura and contagious confidence made me do Salsa lessons in the pool which I never participate in usually. Keep that same energy, you deserve to be recognized for all your noticeable hard work day and night. Red pushes the resort to a 10/10 experience. Wait staff - Aracellis (breakfast dining room/MilFlores/Japanese restaurant staff). I have never met a wait staff with such a genuine personality. She remembered every detail of previous conversations and always made us feel like we were dinning in her home and she was just our hostess making us feel comfortable. Pool server - Joel. Joel was kind and attentive. A person with big dreams of travel and the drive and kindness to take him places. Thank you for taking care is us every day. THINGS WE DID NOT LIKE: There was a conference during our stay and it was noticeable that that group was being cared for more than the regular travelers. One day their was a food setup in the sports bar, us thinking it was for the resort people we tried to help ourselves only to have our plates taken out of our hands and we were told we aren’t allowed to partake although their was no signs it was for that exclusive group. It was pretty disappointing to being pushed away from chicken wings, didn’t see why it was such a big deal and it was pretty disrespectful. Just shocked from that experience.

  Business and basics

  We arrived 3 days ago and it’s been a great experience so far. What’s been annoying is the hotel decided to run a radio station in the main bar, meaning you had to sit outside in the high humidity. Tonight was followed by a meeting of pastors seminar who gathered in the main bar at 8pm and decided to do personal speeches to a standing crowd all applauding at each speech. I’ve no issue with the hotel running varied gatherings but I do when it impacts my use of the bar to relax. Why can’t they use a conference room ?? I appreciate the hotel may not have known this was happening but they needed to intervene. The hotel’s manager has been onsite for the last few days and had been present when these were going on. Let’s make sure the guest experience is maintained at all times and not around corporate events.

  Amazing

  What an amazing time we had. Eric our butler was so thoughtful. He was available all the time. Loved the little surprises in the room. The staff were amazing and so happy, I loved hearing laughing from the kitchens and how well they all got on. Shows a good team spirit. Food was amazing. Loved all restaurants, we ate way to much Fab selections of drinks and cocktails. The house keeping WoW the attention to detail was outstanding.

  My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, outstanding hospitality, and exceptional service. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make us feel special. We would like to personally recognize a few individuals who made our experience even more memorable: Jorge, who warmly welcomed us at the Aqua Lounge and immediately made us feel right at home. Willy, who never failed to acknowledge us whenever we crossed paths. Those small gestures of kindness and recognition truly make a difference! Amable, at the Japanese restaurant, provided absolutely amazing service! His professionalism, attentiveness, and hospitality made our dining experience exceptional. Gregory, who introduced us to the Aqua Club and ultimately convinced us to become part of the Aqua Club family! His enthusiasm, knowledge, and genuine personality made the decision easy, and we’re excited to be part of the family! Red, from the entertainment team, was absolutely AWESOME! His personality perfectly matched his role, and his energy, humor, and ability to connect with guests were outstanding. He kept us laughing and was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every interaction with him! Ricardo, the manager, deserves special recognition for making us feel exceptionally welcomed and valued. He recommended that we experience the Dominicanía experience, and we are so glad we took his advice! We absolutely loved it, and it became another memorable part of our vacation. And last, but certainly not least, Franchesca (SH) was nothing short of AMAZING! Her friendliness, genuine care, and attention to detail were truly remarkable. She consistently made sure that all of our needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment of our stay. Her exceptional service did not go unnoticed, and we are sincerely grateful! To the entire management team: You have an incredible group of individuals representing your property. Each person we encountered demonstrated the true meaning of hospitality. It’s one thing to have a beautiful resort, but it’s the people who create lasting memories and make guests want to return. My wife and I left feeling appreciated, welcomed, and truly part of the family. Experiences like these are exactly why we will DEFINITELY continue returning to your beautiful property!
