Fabulous Customer Service!
We visited the week of Thanksgiving. Everything was perfect! What stands out the most is the great customer service! Our butlers, Stephany and Aturo, made our vacation! They found us daily to check up and made sure all our needs were met from nightly dinner reservations to a cabana reservation daily! They allowed us to be able to relax and not worry about a thing! And at the pool, Edouard was amazing! He set us up and was there to make sure we always had a great spot at the pool or beach! And all of the staff at the pool and restaurants and in the Aqua lounge went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. This was our 4th visit to this Live Aqua location, and it will not be our last!

Live Aqua Cancun
We had a great experience at Live Aqua Cancun. Stephanie and Arturo are amazing butlers and provided excellent customer service. We traveled with a group of six, they were able to get reservations for us last minute with a large group for dinner. They proactively reach out to us to see if we need anything. We’re very pleased with the overall accommodations and great customer service.

Anniversary trip
We spent 7 days in live aqua Cancun October 23 to October 30 in our opinion the best all inclusive adults only resort we have visited. Location, service,food,our view from our room the room itself,pool ,beach .drinks the Aqua Club highly recommended it’s worth it whit the aqua club you will get access to a different level

Breathtaking experience!
Once again, an awesome time at our favorite resort Live Aqua. The resort continues to make subtle changes. The Sevens Buffet is better organized with even more variety than ever before. New hydration stations perfectly placed. The pool was warmer. I can go on and on. Then there are the things that don’t change, and we hope never do! Our butlers (Maggie, Eladio & Louis) are over the top excellent. I cannot think of anything they could do better. They are a great team. That great team was put together by Ashley Garcia. Ashley is a humble soft-spoken man with a great eye for talent and a drive to make things even better. We so appreciate how they all go out of their way to do that. We feel like family when we are there! Bartenders Hector and Romario could put a smile on your face even if you were having a terrible day. (which never happens at Live Aqua!!! ) It’s the little things that make the day great. Come nighttime William @ (MB) & Benedicto @ (Hidden Gardens) are incredible chefs. Anytime I have had food that incredible I dined at a 5-star restaurant in NYC. They really are that good! If you decide you would like to truly be part of the live Aqua family, we strongly encourage you to talk to Carlos and Rafeal. The two of them make your vacation dreams come true. Very nice, but not a value
Checkin - All good EXCEPT everything is a constant upsell beginning with checkin with a kind but hard sell to attend their vacation club presentation. Club level - We did upgrade to an oceanfront room for $165 US additional per day that comes with club access, top shelf alcohol, and a butler with whom you can make contact via WhatsApp. Without this option, you cannot make a reservation in any of the restaurants which means waiting in a line during prime times and often turned away. Restaurants - Breakfast buffet is better than most all-inclusives in this price range. Restaurant MB is excellent. The Mexican restaurant is not up to par. Both the Italian and the Asian are great. The Mahi and Sea Bass were on par with top restaurants. The tiny seafood restaurant on the beach is also great but no reservations are accepted so plan to wait. Housekeeping - In a word, wonderful. Pools - Beautiful but not enough chairs or umbrellas and too many beds left untouched all day taking up space because the hotel wants $85 US a day to use one. Another example of being nickel and dimed, except with dollars. The hotel also needs more servers taking orders at the pool. Aqua Club - Makes the upgrade worth it. Upscale, mostly quiet, but also understaffed. One employee much of the time. Wonderful singer two nights a week. Gym - well-equipped. Checkout - Fast and friendly. Is it nice? Absolutely. Staff is well trained, friendly, and helpful. Food is well above average for an all-inclusive. Housekeeping is as good as it gets. Is it a value? Regretably, no. At $600+ US.a day for a club level room, there should not be long waits for restaurants, guests should have access to shade at the pool. Service is excellent but not enough staff to provide it consistently. Final example was our last dinner - we waited 20 minutes along with a line of other couples for someone to seat us. The maitre d was setting tables himself before he could seat anyone. Shouldn’t happen at a hotel at this level. In short, it was good but I wanted to like it more.
