Oct 15, 2026First time but not the last
This was our first time at the resort. We wanted to try something different and this was always rated in most top ten videos. We tend to like smaller laid back resorts not the high activity big resorts. I will have to say we had a wonderful time. We got a Viento suite which came with butler service and a cabana and 20 minute foot massage everyday. Our butlers were Ruddy and Romero and they were the best. They had room service bring a fruit plate, yogurt and a pot of coffee every morning, made sure we had a cabana where we wanted and made all of our dinner reservations. Couldn’t ask for more. The butlers even at up for us to have a special dinner at MB on my birthday which was above and beyond. There are 5 restaurants and all were wonderful. We didn’t try the six restaurant Carnivore as it has an extra charge. I will say the food here is some of the best food I have had at any resort which was nice. The staff was always wonderful and service was great. We spent our days at the pool and pool service was great as well. Everyone was very attentive and really catered to our needs. I have no complaints our room was clean and really nice and I never felt I was on the hotel zone and the vegetation at this place makes you feel like you are at a true isolated resort. We are not into the night life but did enjoy the singer in the aqua club the two nights she was there but that was the extent of our entertainment. We will plan another trip back here as we had a blast and it checked all of our boxes

Even our pool waiter, Jonathan G. has been absolutely thee best…. We go to the pool he’s working because his service stands out above the rest! This has honestly been the best vacation I’ve ever had. The perfect getaway
We had the most amazing time at Live Aqua!!! The resort is perfect and has everything you could need! The staff were incredible. We had phenomenal service from Viridiana and Arturo - they were attentive, friendly and welcoming. Guillermo in the Aqua Club bar made sensational drinks and always made us feel at home. Already planning our next trip!

My new home away from home
Viri and Stephy were the BEST butlers!! I will request them on my next stay at LA! David at the pool kept my drinks fresh and always wore a smile! Lalo at the towel hut always made sure we got the chairs we wanted and never had to wait! Weston was the absolute sweetest and made sure we were well taken care of! Mauricio at Siete and Azur was the best food server we could have asked for!
