The best part of our stay was made with the help from our butlers Maggie & Aurturo they were very helpful, beyond expectations. The beach was beautiful & clean. There are many food choices I think even picky eaters can find something. The beds were a little firm for us but the rooms are nice. The Aqua club is a must. The foot massages were so relaxing. Another plus is location, La Isla Mall right across the street. Enjoy.

Will Stay Again
True sensory hotel. Very clean! Smells wonderful!! Everyone was really kind. Neat features in the room plus you can’t hear a thing! The food was pretty tasty but some drinks were a little watery. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing time at Love Aqua
Second time to Live Aqua Cancun and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are spacious with balconies or large terraces. We were offered an upgrade at check in and happily paid for the nicer room. The aqua club suites are well worth it! Our butlers Rodrigo and Ruddy went above and beyond to assist with our every request. They even found a coffee maker for our room as my husband prefers coffee instead of espresso. With the club level rooms you are able to make reservations for dinner and daily use of a cabana by the beach or pool. Miguel at the pool took care of us every morning having our cabana already set up for us when we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The food was very good. Especially MB and Carnivore. We are already talking about returning next year!

A truly beautiful resort
Live Aqua Cancun is an absolute gem that truly screams luxury. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries were superb. The hotel itself was incredibly clean and smelled amazing. The pool area was lively yet not overly loud, providing the perfect atmosphere for both fun and relaxation. The beach was pristine, with quick and efficient handling of any seaweed, making it a quiet and peaceful spot to unwind. Although we couldn't swim due to red flags, the sand was lovely and inviting. Thanks to Fransisco and Hector, we never struggled to find a great spot for sunbathing. Service at the beach was impressively quick and frequent (special thanks to Luisa!), enhancing our experience. The drinks were delightful, with staff providing excellent cocktail suggestions. We only spent one day at the pool, and while the service wasn't as stellar—possibly due to one waitress prioritizing aqua club members—it was still satisfactory. The pools themselves were clean, with water at a great temperature. The food was another highlight, offering a fantastic variety that was cooked to perfection, with accommodations made effortlessly. The crepe station was a hidden gem that we thoroughly enjoyed. The service in the restaurants was exceptional, especially at breakfast, where staff members like Daly, Santos, and Ricardo stood out. However, our stay would not have been the same if it were not for the staff at the Italian restaurant. The staff at the Italian restaurant. Mario, Suzana, and Adreana, made us feel right at home and took care of us from the beginning of the holiday, right until the end (a full 2 week stay!). We are so grateful for their help. We had a lovely garden view room and were not members of the out of the Aqua club, and honestly, we didn't feel like we needed any upgrades at all. The experience was perfect just as it was! However, we did face a couple of issues. Restaurants often closed with little notice or changed where their service was offered, which was frustrating as we had no way of knowing until we arrived. Additionally, we encountered a pushy salesman for the aqua club who was rude when we expressed that we weren’t able to purchase aqua club as we don’t visit Mexico often (being a Scottish couple in our early 20’s). This particular member of staff actually pulled us aside while we were waiting in line for breakfast and proceeded to snap at us and raise his voice in front of other guests (despite us remaining calm and polite!), which was quite inappropriate. Finally, we had seen reviews before we came saying that the resort wasn’t as good when your stay coincided with a conference. On our last day, a large conference began and sadly, the reviews were right. The service was nothing like the rest of our stay (eg waiting over an hour for 2 coke’s at lunch), everything was super crowded and we felt these guests were prioritised. Overall, Live Aqua Cancun is a stunning resort with a few minor hiccups, but the luxury and service made for a memorable stay.
