Very clean—-room and property! Good variety of food. Extremely nice staff—-all staff greets you. Lifeguards were great!! Drink service on the beach was wonderful. Love the grounds and the pools. Nice to have different kinds of seating at beach—not just lounge chairs. As guests we were made to feel VIP—-our beds covers were turned down and robes put on our bed when we were out at night—-complimentary wine and wine glasses delivery was very special !! We loved the extras like the huge hearts on the beach for Valentines and the decorative archway for pictures in the lobby on Valentine’s. The entertainment at night was fun. We visited Live Aqua 14 1/2 years ago, then had 2 children, and we always wanted to go back. We have only left our children a few times. We made the right decision to leave the children with my mom and take a much needed vacation by going back to Live Aqua. I hope we can visit again before another 14 years.

Excellent destination wedding resort!
We had an amazing experience at Live Aqua Cancun! Our daughter had her destination wedding at this magnificent resort! It was a perfect & beautiful setting! The staff was amazing, especially our butlers Maggie & Carlos! They checked on us everyday helping with dinner reservations, wedding related activities & anything else we needed. We cannot say enough good things about this resort! Her special day will be forever imprinted in our hearts!
