Our recent stay was an utter disaster, largely due to the appalling breakfast service. The breakfast buffet was an insult, offering low-quality food alongside incomprehensible and poorly written signage. Twice, my omelette inexplicably contained pork, despite my being a vegetarian and not ordering it – a truly unacceptable level of carelessness and disregard for dietary requirements. But the truly shocking aspect was the staff's behavior. We endured lengthy waits for everything – a seat, a highchair for our baby, even a simple glass of orange juice, requiring at least five requests to different staff members *every single day*. Their dismissive and unfriendly attitude made it clear that catering to guests was an unwelcome burden. The overall experience was not just disappointing; it was hostile, leaving us feeling unwelcome, stressed, and utterly disgusted. We are extremely disappointed and would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Second time at the resort. I recommend: - Upgrade to Unique for the higher quality food - Senel, our concierge was very helpful with reservations and adjustments - Complete online checkin to speed up the process - Lobster on Sundays at unique bbq

Man this is hotel is amazing I love everything from food to drinks definitely pay unique when you go is worth it bar unique at the beach serves very good drinks and is closer to the other one and also the buffet at the unique restaurant serves a huge variety of dishes.

Very nice looking resort
We landed at Santiago Airport and stayed on an air b&B for a few days, then drove to lopesan. They have free parking and a friendly staff. Our rooms were great and spacious. The pool area was excellent with a nice size water park for kids and adults . At the pool side, they rent gazebo with the bed, at the beach area is plenty of seating . They have many restaurant to choose from They have many bars , restaurants, and buffet . About 10 minutes away is coco bongo club and shopping center . Our family had a great time

Amazing Experience & Wedding!!!
My wife and I had our wedding here the past week and everything was amazing! From the amazing room service, Clean rooms, amazing food, Nice staff, amazing Butler we had Jose Antonio & The best wedding Planner Maria! Our stay was nothing short of fantastic and we would highly recommend this resort! Our wedding was planned and executed exactly how we asked and the amazing team at Lopesan made sure our experience was top notch! The best restaurants in our opinion was the Asian Inari restaurant, Gold fish Grill, the unique area, and the Mexican restaurant! We brought over 100+ people with us for our wedding and everyone had an Amazing time! My best advise would be to book the restaurants the second you check in since they fill up very quickly. Also if you get a chance to get a massage it was one of the best ones me and my wife have ever had! This resort honestly is spot on for couples, family, friends, and even your wedding! Between the Affordable prices, all inclusive, and amazing service I highly recommend everyone checks out this resort At least once!!!
