Overall amazing experience with the family. Food and amenities are absolutely gray. We’ve been to now to about 15 hotels, Europe, Mexico, Dominican Cuba, Colombia, and we are super happy and are definitely coming back to this hotel.

Amazing time, right before the holidays!
Overall, Lopesan was remarkable. We booked the Unique Swim Up room and it was great. Our conceirge, Jose Antonio was awesome and he was very mindful and attentive to our needs. He made our time at the resort very relaxed. Location was great, we felt safe throughout the property and food was phenomenal. First night we had dinner at the Unique Beach Club where we had a lobster dinner, plus a lobster BBQ for lunch on the Saturday (this alone made the Unique club worth the upgrade). “Pokemon”, Fighter and the rest of the entertainment team were fantastic. The atmosphere by the pools and beach area were lively. Shoutout to the entertainment team! The place was spotless! They do a great job making sure the greenery is landscaped, rooms were tidy and neat (For people who see the reviews on mold, there is none. The smell is just from humidity, don’t worry about that!). Noise levels are good. Loud when it needs to be but quiet for wind down. The theatre is located indoors at the Boulevard so there’s no need to worry about loud music at night. Overall, the value was great and I’d highly recommend. Definitely upgrade to Unique if you can as it made it much more enjoyable ontop of the already great property.

Lets start with this place… and i have the proof will attach to this. I placed a reservation through Expedia and decided to change my mind and get the swim-out. I contacted the resort and they told me to call the resort. I contacted the resort and they ignored every email i sent them…. So come day of arrival i come to the resort and o talk to not one but 3 people who literally were looking at me and in my face calling me a liar! I have never been so embarrassed in my life at a resort. I spoke with first a guy who literally told me in the middle of checking me in he had to stop because he had to go… what the heck was that?? Really he called me to come to him and walked away in the middle of my check in. So then i go through this again just so he can mock me and give me an attitude. He calla the manager Giadaluppe who continues making me feel like a fool with Juan Perez even more to where i had to tell them to please stop talking to me. I am soo embarrassed and will NEVER EVER recommend this resort and will never stay here again! I will not allow a manager and employee to talk down to me or degrade me. Stay clear of this resort for the money you have many more to choose from. Sincerely a very upset and dehumanized current guest Wioletta Zlataric

Lopesan in December
Booked a 5 day all inclusive with Lopesan and did the Unique member class. I travelled with my 7 year old son. Upon arrival, I was greeted with champagne and they took care of our luggage. After checking in, we were introduced to Jose Antonio who is our guide assistant at Lopesan. Any questions I had, he was there to answer via WhatsApp at any time. He checked in every other day to ensure to we had everything we needed. He coordinated for a late check out and even processed the check out for us. All we had to do was meet our driver in the lobby to leave to the airport. The staff and entertainment at this resort was A+. Everyone is very friendly and there’s always something to do. This resort is MASSIVE. There’s a water park for older kids and little babies. There are a ton of food options and they have an interactive app you download to book reservations and get information. We had room service that was included and free, this was super convenient if we wanted a late night snack but didn’t want to leave the room. I would definitely come back to Lopesan based on my experience and I want to extend my gratitude to the Jose Antonio, all the staff at Lopesan who ensure their guests have a great experience no matter what!

Great stay at Lopesan
We took a trip out to lopeson with Our daughter for her birthday . Had a great time resort is very kid friendly food in the restaurants was great and our butler Jimmy was amazing we stayed with the unique club overall amazing experience. Beach was beautiful and no seaweed. Highly recommended if travling with kids and def request jimmy as your butler exceptional service decorated our room for my daughters birthday and she was soooo happy . Jimmy highly recommended
