The most beautiful resort with the most amazing staff!! Especially loved the staff at the Unique beach bar. 10/10 José Alissa, Graviel Andres our butler was also amazing. Above and beyond. Manuel Jimenez our bartender took care of us all week!!!

Unique experience is worth it
My wife and I shared the Unique experience for one week in January 2026. From the moment we arrived, staff was extremely friendly and attentive to all needs. Senel was our main contact but quickly became our friend who would stop by multiple times per day to ensure every need was met. If considering an all inclusive resort, Lopesan should be at the top of your list for quality and value.

Amazing, Fantastic, I can’t wait to return!
We had such an amazing time at Lopesan. It was truly so much fun from start to finish. The resort itself is absolutely stunning and huge. One thing that really surprised us in the best way was the nightlife. Between the club, the English pub, the lobby bar, and random live music around the property, there was always something going on and a great vibe everywhere. Our room was absolutely beautiful, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. A very special shout out to our butler, Jose Antonio, who went above and beyond by decorating the room for my husband’s birthday. It made the trip feel extra special and incredibly thoughtful. Even though the staff were clearly very busy, everyone was kind, attentive, and welcoming. The beach was also beautiful and added so much to the overall experience. We especially loved the service at the Goldfish Beach Bar, where the staff were fantastic and made us feel really well taken care of. There are so many activities and things to do that even during our five day stay, we did not get to experience everything. It really feels like a place you could return to and still discover something new each time. The food was really good overall. The only small piece of feedback is that some items at the buffet were occasionally lukewarm. That said, the service more than made up for it. The unique beach restaurant was spectacular, and the staff at the Atlantico buffet took wonderful care of our large group. No matter where we were on the property, the service was consistently amazing. We left already talking about when we can come back. A wonderful experience all around!

Feb 02, 2026Beautiful resort and overall good, but Unique was not worth the extra money.
Lopesan was a beautiful resort in a great location. Overall, we were satisfied but there were some things they could do better, especially when upgrading to Unique. Pros: Our concierge, Victor was wonderful! Probably one of the best concierge’s we’ve ever had. He was very responsive and checked on us each morning. He even responded after hours when we had a question. Warm, welcoming and made us feel important. We stayed in a Unique tropical view room with a peekaboo ocean view. The beds were very comfortable, great shower and housekeeping. Housekeeping did a great job and were very responsive with requests. The drinks were consistently excellent at every bar. The bar attendants were friendly and fast service. The food was overall pretty good for an all inclusive. Inari was our favorite! Great show, variety, and excellent food. The only restaurant we did not enjoy was Gondola. Food was mediocre. Bávaro had great coffee and service! Unique club food was pretty good. The girl working the barbecue made great omelets. We enjoyed the oceanfront dining there. The grounds were beautiful and all the public restrooms were taken care of and clean. Cons: It was hard to find a place on the beach, even in the Unique section. We thought there would be a check in person to take you to your chairs, but there was not. The first few days it was hard to get a beach attendant to order drinks. I think they were understaffed? We just expected better service and chair availability in the unique section. The infinity pool was packed every day. We decided to book a private cabana one day to reserve a spot. For $60 it was supposed to be a cabana with curtains and shade with personal service. There were no curtains or shade and no attendant. We messaged our concierge and he apologized and said they changed the style but it wasn’t updated on the app. He refunded us our money. Unique pools had free cabanas and we only had issues finding chairs a few of the days, there were non unique guests in the unique section so that’s probably why. No service at the chairs, which again at the unique club we expected that service. The adult pool area was nice but we were only able to find chairs one day. So get there early! An attendant did come to our chairs so that was nice. Wish the unique club had that service. The walkways could be very slippery so be careful when walking. I slipped and fell one day, but wasn’t injured. Overall, a good experience, but aside from our concierge Victor, we probably would not waste money on the Unique experience. We stayed at Finest Punta Cana before and they had amazing attentive service for the Excellence upgrade.
