First time at the Majestic Colonial and had a great experience for a bachelor and bachelorette getaway. The beach was well maintained with turqouise waters and white sand. The pool was large and spacious and had a foam party one of the days by the swim up bar. We were in the Adult Section in the Colonial Club. All the employees were attentive, funny and nice. Two who really stood out were Fernando for making the best Mojitos in the resort down on the beach. As well as our Butler Jacob for being attentive, restocking our room and helping us with whatever we needed. Going above and beyond consistently, they can definitely use a day off! The food was awesome, highlights being Le Gourmet, Taino, Ma + Suri Teppanyaki. As well as the Steakhouse and Seafood on the beach. Even the Main Buffet was great and had stone crab and sushi for lunch. Supreme was great for breakfast and even the Colonial Club had great lunch & breakfast.

Seventh trip to the Colonial and we are heading back in November
Fausto the bartender was absolutely great. Not only was he very polite but he also went out of his way to make sure you got what you wanted. Watching him interact with the young bartenders in training was a huge positive as he made sure that they were always doing the right thing. All in all Fausto is a rock star and Majestic Colonial should make sure that he never leaves.

Our VIP experience
My husband and I were at the Majestic Colonial for the first time and this will not be our last. The site was very clean and the employees were polite, very nice and our experience was awesome. At the Main Buffet, on Easter dinner, the food was great and the service from Maria, Jennifer, Samuel and Oscar was very positive. All our visits at the Main Buffet were incredible. We also tried Le Gourmet, for breakfast and dinner, and the food was delicious every time and the service from Elpidio, Joendry, Miguel, Lorenz and Junior was incredible. We were in the adult section and had the VIP experience. We would like to thank our butler Jacob for his professionalism and attention.

Great resort!
The staff was awesome they always made sure to help accommodate us for whatever we needed! Even when things went wrong they would find a way to make it up to us and check in throughout our time here. Big shoutout to Marisol who worked in one of the dining areas she made sure to find me everyday and put a flower in my hair

Excellent resort
My second trip to this resort and I saw MANY improvements. - Staff very friendly and all say HI - Olives and nuts at the bar nice touch - Slippers & robes - Waiter service around pool & beach is fantastic - Staff always cleaning, grounds look perfect and beautiful - Turn down service nice surprise - Clean rooms - Excellent easter festivities and entertainment - Beautiful clean beach - Fruit bowl in room
