Beautiful resort with excellent service. Slightly dated rooms, which were nonetheless spotless. Fantastic beach and a huge pool. Plenty of shade and loungers. Great drinks Tip: there is a bar at the pool that is closer to the lobby where Junior and Katia work, stick by that bar. No crowds and superb service.

Paradise!
We have been to 6 all inclusive resorts in Jamaica, Cancun, and Punta Cana. Majestic colonial was our favorite! It’s not too big… can walk to the beach and all 6 restaurants. The food was very good! All of the staff from bell hops, servers, maids, and butlers were soooo friendly! Even the landscapers would say good morning! Our butler, Enrique, was so very nice and helpful. We will request him again! The pool entertainment staff was fun!!!! I enjoyed water Zumba and water aerobics! The grounds of this resort are gorgeous!

Excellent resort Not 5 star due to a periodic septic smell outside around the rooms Excellent staff Fabulous food especially steakhouse and seafood restaurants We had a great time except for the fact my wife broke her foot lol Our butler Braymer was outstanding!

Problems fixed by Bianca
Bianca was wonderful on our trip, she helped us so many times with everything we needed, room change, extra pillows, disabled keys and made our trip a pleasure with her big smile and fast friendly personality. She an excellent employee for Majestic Colonial, please make sure she know how much we appreciate her!!

Amazing! Will go back!
We loved this resort! It was clean, beautiful, the people were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, you could get food anytime you wanted. Lots of different choices and variety. Only 2 restaurants needed reservations, the remaining you could just go to and wait for a table. The beach was beautiful! Only minor complaint was not a fan of the bathroom setup in the guest rooms as the toilet area was very very small. It is a separate room from the sink area which is nice but it was tiny and the door didn't close tight so just lack of privacy.
