  Great time

  Had a great time at the pool with Ricardo. Experience was top notch. Also my butler Jose was very nice and attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone

  Fantastic relaxing location

  We returned again to Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres after a short but memorable trip in 2022 during Covid. We have been to many other all-inclusive resorts, Majestic and other brands, and we truly loved our experience here. It is a little smaller and quieter resort but it still has much to offer. The staff that we interacted with were always friendly and did everything they could to make our stay and experience fantastic. Shout out to a few that truly made our stay memorable, Cristhian Morales our butler assisted us with setting up some activities and was always available when needed. Martin & Ivan at I’l Bottaccio made our breakfast experiences great also Gabriel at Le Bistro and Angel at Asadito. Probably the highlight was getting to know and watch Erik at the lobby bar. He takes great pride in making traditional cocktails as well as all of the tropical libations that are popular at most resorts. Truly a master! We also spent some time at the Blossom Spa, we had a couples massage as well as a round of Hydrotherapy that set the tone of relaxing for this trip. We can’t say enough about this resort and we look forward returning in the near future.

  Wonderful

  Stayed 5 nights with my wife and really enjoyed it. Loved the adult only beaches and all their shows(better than Ziva). The host Paola was awesome! Only downside was the shower with low water pressure.. took a while to finish the shower. The pillow had unremovable stains which were not pleasant at all bit other than that, it was all good.

  So much fun!

  We had an amazing time at the Majestic Elegance!!! Our dinner at the steakhouse was soo good! Victor at the bar was great!! Sexy sexy Ricardo and stripper Mana made our stay so much fun!!!

  Concierge Service Impeccable

  When we arrived, we were immediately greeted with our Expedia and Hotel Concierge Krystel Pohlenz. Throughout our stay she checked in on us through WhatsApp and in person making sure our needs were being met, we were navigating the app, reservations were being made for meals, spa services, and a romantic dinner. She directed us to GoMajestic for La Isla Mujeres tours and return transportation to the airport. She and all the staff were amazing and helpful. She also discovered it was our wedding anniversary, and had our door and room decorated, and chocolate covered strawberries brought to our room. Our kids (19 & 18 yo) also had a wonderful time. We did book this trip on the family side, due to our son being 17 when we arrived (had his birthday on NYE), but that didn't prevent us from enjoying an adult vacation. The staff works their tails off to ensure every night has entertainment and everything is staged for the guests to enjoy the full experience. Only complaints is 1) lack of beach and poolside cabanas and chairs when we were there through the 2nd of January. After that, many guest returned home, and availability increased, but I would prefer the cabanas being on a rental-type basis to allow all guests to experience a relaxing day at the beach with some sun cover. I never was able at this resort, and I was disappointed. 2) the location is isolated which we knew, but the kids got a little itchy for some off resort activity, and they weren't able to outside of planned excursions, but that's minimal. 3) Final complaint is the mosquitoes. Around dusk and in the Senote portion of the spa (open roof outside, which is cool, but...), I and my one son did get bit fairly heavily. The staff sprayed for bugs daily, but due to the marsh lands nearby, they are present. If it's breezy, typically they leave you alone, but in the resort building structure areas, they do seem to find you. Again, not the resorts "problem", they are doing all they can to prevent, but moreso a heads up about staying indoors during that time of the evening if you are sensitive. Definitely ask for the chef assistance, if you are gluten free or have any dietary restrictions. They accommodated my food sensitivities wonderfully, but I also learned about several food options (later in my trip due to my own stubbornness and not wanting to inconvenience anyone) available that I had been avoiding the entirety of the time I was there. The restaurants were wonderful about accommodating my restrictions and providing substitutes, if needed, as well. NYE buffet and bash with fireworks and dancers was amazing, too! They did a great job!
