    Wonderful vacation at this resort

    Travelled here for a week in Elegance Club Jr Swimout Suite Jan 3-10. We have been all over Mexico and the Caribbean at various resorts and were very pleased with our experience here. Of note, we are "glass half full" travellers and this was one of the most impressive resorts we've been to. All staff were so friendly and well-trained even though they seemed short-staffed in some areas...all were doing their best in that situation. Our butler Lalo was awesome - great experience with him. Brian at check-in was great as it was the late at night when we finally arrived (Transat from London Ontario). Never had a bad meal in any of the restaurants (shoutouts to Felipe, Erick, Jesus, Francisco, Felipe and many others I've missed) , bartenders (Ian, Moises, Flavio and many others), the tequila bar hostess Laila and Paris our "$10 friend" at the Mexican. Steakhouse, Mar House and Mexican were our favourites, Japanese was just OK. Italian for Breakfast and Lunch were great. Flavors buffet has so many options for breakfast and dinner, I can't believe anyone would be unable to find something. Top shelf drinks and so many to try. Great morning coffee bar and it was great to have the Club room access for additional snacks/drinks. Hydrotherapy circuit at the spa was enjoyable as well. Our swim out didn't get sun but didn't let that ruin our trip - lots of Bali beds and chairs on the sunny side opposite it and never a problem to get a chair somewhere. Not impressed with the Transat rep but didn't really need him as the resort staff were so helpful. Lots of entertainment options at night for all tastes and were happy to join the other Canadians to watch the World Juniors game in Legends. Booked a private golf cart tour in Isla Mujeres for a day excursion, took the ferry and had a great day.

    Relaxing stay

    The staff was amazing, attentive but not invasive. The room and grounds are well maintained and comfortable - great bed, lots of pools and restaurants.

    Amazing New Year Vacation in Costa Mujeres!

    Incredible vacation from Dec 30th to Jan 6th at the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! We stayed at adults only "Elegance Club" section with a swim out suite including a plunge pool (room 2019). The room was beautiful with 2 patio doors leading to a comfortable patio with a jacuzzi tub. Our pool was definitely the warmest at the resort! The rooms were cleaned spotless daily including turndown service while we're out for dinner. The food and drinks were above any other AI I had been to. Outstanding service at the restaurants including Jimmy and Angelo at the Mexican (as well as Mexico Day) and Francisco and Channel at the Italian. The whole service team at the al a carte breakfast restaurant were great and attentive. The service my wife received for her dairy allergies was second to none including dietary experts walking her through the menu and offering alternate meals. The bar service was great including Michael at the main lobby bar. Also, the team at the beach bar were making some great drinks including their dirty monkeys! New Years Eve and Mexico Day were the two best nights! Unfortunately white night was hit by rain or it would have been up there as well. The fireworks on the beach on NYE were spectacular! Also really enjoyed the Mayan warriors and princess show on Mexico Day. Our butler Jazmin was great! She communicated with us daily on WhatsApp and was able to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back to this resort.
