Lovely hotel. Some very strange rules and very strict on those, i.e. no food allowed by the pools or beach except for burgers and hotdogs. Difficult reception staff - we were deceived to think 18+ means adults on section of hotel but in fact this is an extra cost. Entertainment team very good. Ricardo fantastico!

We had a terrific time here and love it our family was impress with the kids clubs Especially Alondra! astrela were fantastic! Very sweet and so good with our nieces and nephews The hotel the food and service was on par and we definitely will return Safe clean and so much fun!

70th birthday celebration
I experienced my first all inclusive at Majestic Costa Mujeres Cancun. It was an amazing Birthday week. All of the food was excellent. My favorite spot was Mar House. My waiter Salvador and his teammate Martin was one of the best. They offered suggestions for food and local cocktails. They were very friendly and treated us like family. Mar house has the best location for me with the sound of the ocean and nice breezes. My time was short so my intention is to come back to Majestic Costa Mujeres. Thank you for a wonderful time. .
