  Than you kids club

I can not say enough wonderful things about our experience at the resort as a family. The kids club was a huge success. Our daughter loved participating in the crafts and activities poolside. The woman who ran the crafts was kind and engaging. She addressed my daughter by name and was always friendly.

5 Star Resort at Its Finest

We had a fantastic stay at the Majestic Elegance! Property: The hotel is spacious yet intimate Beautiful, lush landscaping! The upper and lower lobbies are gleaming and spacious Everything is lovely and clean and kept in immaculate order Check-in was friendly with a nice touch of a refreshment station while you wait Restaurants: Buffet restaurants (especially Flavors) very good with lots of variety Italian was good The lobby coffee bar was great with interesting drinks including non dairy options for people like me who are lactose intolerant The only downfall was the French restaurant - needs a French chef They are very careful to ask guests at each restaurant if there is an allergy or dietary restriction. The chef came to me one morning and offered to make a special oatmeal for me with non dairy milk - that is service! Unfortunately, we had limited time and not able to enjoy all the restaurants Pools: The pools were fantastic! We loved the swim out pools and the infinity pools The beds were quite comfortable The gentleman serving drinks was very nice and efficient Service: Everyone was very kind and gracious. Customer service was always excellent. They never stop working Beach: The beach is quite wide with plenty of palapas and beds for everyone who wants to be there FYI, there was one day when quite a bit of sargassum washed up on shore due to strong currents. However, the workers on the beach spent the entire morning (and more) to ensure it was removed Room for improvement - the beds on the beach were in some disrepair Club Room 18+: The room is nicely appointed with a large and comfy bed, large flat screen swivel TV with Chromecast for Netflix, etc. A bottle of champagne, liqueur, and Tequila as well as beer, juice and soft drinks in the fridge The balcony consisted of a bed and jacuzzi with 2 chairs and a table A beautiful bathtub and separate large shower and water closet The ONLY downside is there is no real privacy if you are traveling with friends We had an oceanfront room which was very nice - thank you! Butler Service: We cannot say enough good things about Andres His exemplary service only made our stay that much better He was very kind and has great customer service skills Anything we asked or needed was done - even finding my lost cell! Extras: I wanted to treat myself for my birthday and booked breakfast on the beach What a way to end the getaway! Fabulous service and food right on the beach with a mimosa and sunshine; what could be better I would highly recommend this resort and both of us plan on returning

  Happy 50th To Me

My wife treated me for my 50th Birthday, it started out kinda rough, my wife booked a swim out room for us and they offered us an upgrade to a plunge pool room, we took a look at it and weren’t interested so our butler was able to get us into our swim out room and from there everything fell into place. We loved everything about this place, the staff, the food, the drinks, the pools, the shows, everything. We met great people from all over and we would gladly recommend this place to anyone. If u do go, make sure u look out for a special bartender named Miguel, his drinks were always on the money and ask for the Miguel special 😉.

  Amazing!

We saw Rafael every day at the pool by the Pure side, and he was absolutely amazing! He was always so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. His service truly made our pool days extra special, and the drinks were always incredible! Our butler, Lalo, was also wonderful! His attention to detail really stood out. He made us feel so welcomed by having a special “Welcome Back” sign waiting for us, and he even arranged complimentary hydrotherapy at the spa for us. Those thoughtful gestures meant so much and made our return visit feel extra special. He was always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Although we didn’t see him as often, we honestly didn’t need to because the entire staff worked so beautifully together. Everyone was always on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of. We also returned to the spa the following day for massages, and the staff there was just as wonderful! The service was excellent, and everyone made sure we felt relaxed and pampered. Even the housekeeping staff was fantastic! They would see us around the resort and still take the time to check in and ask if we needed anything in our room. It’s those little touches that make such a big difference and show how much the entire team genuinely cares about their guests. We first visited in March and loved it so much that we knew we had to come back! Our second visit was just as amazing, if not better. It’s clear that the entire team works together to create such a memorable experience. From the pool staff to our butler, housekeeping, and spa team, everyone played a part in making our stay so special. We can’t thank everyone enough for making us feel so welcomed and taken care of. Now we’re already looking forward to planning our next trip back! This place truly keeps bringing us back!
