Oct 05, 2026Majestic brand is on point!
I visited the Majestic Elegance brand in the DR so when I was planning a trip for my mom, siter and cousin I wanted to stick with a brand I knew and was not disappointed by Majestic in Costa Mujeres. The property is spotless, the day and evening activities were wonderful and they took great care of us. Best of all every staff member made my 77 year old mom feel very special. A shout out to Rey at the Club front desk who went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our party was comfortable and needs were met. Our butlers were Melissa and Marcelino Perez and both were fabulous. I had several requests and he fulfilled them right away. They even tracked down an arts project we left by the pool and made sure we had it before we left. We did do the adults only club side which is the way to go with private lounges and extra attention. I would not hesitate to stay at a Majestic brand again. Keep up the consistency and the attention to detail; it provides a wonderful experience!!

Worth every penny.
What a fantastic experience it was to spend a week at the Majestic Elegance in Playa Mueres, Mexico. We visited the Majestic hotel in Dominican Republic a couple of years ago, but their location in Mexico was even better. The first thing you should know about the Majestic Elegance is that the service and food is second to none. The room we had was a good size and we had an outdoor tub on our balcony. They even have a room on the fourth floor for with a with a terrace and plunge pool for added privacy. The grounds and the pools were always very well maintained, and we have nothing but good things to say about the atmosphere. Special thanks to Giovanni who took special care in helping my wife and I celebrate our 10 year anniversary together. I would highly recommend this place and if you are going to celebrate an event (birthday, anniversary, honeymoon, etc). We will definitely be coming back because of how this place and it’s staff made us feel. This trip was worth every penny.
