9 Doors Japanese restaurant is located on the ground floor of the lobby and is divided into the sushi bar and Teppanyaki area. In the Sushi Bar you will find an excellent and elaborate selection of sushi and 8 Teppanyakis, with capacity for 10 people and six sittings per day, you can have a real experience of show cooking whilst enjoying Japanese cuisine.

Our second time at Majestic Elegance. Loved every second. Such a beautiful resort with friendly staff, plenty to do, amazing food and so much more. Will be back again for sure.

Amazing vacation!
This was our 3rd visit to the Majestic Elegance. We have spent the last 3 years taking care of my mother in-law who has severe dementia. We had a last minute opportunity to get away while she was in rehab and decided to come back to the Majestic Elegance because we had great experiences here before and it was critical that this trip was successful. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Emmanuel in the Club check in area. He was fast, friendly, and efficient. He worked miracles to get us a room near the beach end of the property which we loved. Emmanuel then introduced us to our butler, Jose Pache. Jose was awesome! He took us to our room and helped us all week long. From making dinner reservations to appointments at the spa, Jose never missed a beat. He checked on us every day at the pool and even made sure we got home safe after the trip. One night we returned to our room to find the tub filled with bubble bath, rose petals everywhere, bed decorated, and a bottle of champagne, all set up by Jose! Our go to spot was a Bali bed at the club pool near the bar area. Alejandro greeted us on arrival and Joel took great care of us all week long. We felt like royalty in their care. The bar at the club pool was amazing. It had been 10 years since our last visit here. The staff had not changed and they remembered us on sight!! Maxima and Anyelina came right to us to welcome us back, it was like coming home. Rosa, Marilania and Santa round out the bar crew and they were all incredible. The drinks were always full and high fives all week long when we passed. They mastered my wife's favorite drink, the "Chicks Dig It" quickly and kept them coming all week long. We had very good experiences at the restaurants as well. Great time at the hibachi grill at 9 Doors. Good show and good food. We went to the El Asadito steak house multiple times as well as the main buffet and the Il Bottaccio for breakfast. We often ate at the Sea & Sea and grabbed some beach burgers several times. Great lunch and we didn't have to walk far from our cabana. Stephanie at the Sea & Sea was excellent and made some fantastic special drinks for us to enjoy with dinner. The spa was one of our first stops. We had a couples massage with Odalis Avila and Scarling when we first arrived. They got us nice and relaxed to start the week and did such a great job, we went back for another one before heading home. The second time we were taken care of by Ivelisse and Rosa. Again they were incredible. We went home fully relaxed and pain free. This trip meant far more to us than a normal vacation. The staff took care of us like family and made it the first "perfect" trip we have ever taken. The facility and the team made it unforgettable. I could go on forever about the landscaping crew that did such a great job keeping everything in perfect shape, to the pool care team who made sure the water was perfect every day. From start to finish, this was a win and if I could give it 6 stars, I would. The room and the entire resort was extremely clean. The rooms are very quiet and we never slept better in our lives. Well worth every dollar here! We will be returning as soon as we can! Dave & Heather

Majestic is the best
The resort is beautiful. We have been to Majestic multiple times and always find ourselves coming back. The staff is friendly and so attentive to make sure you have a good time. Best bartenders are in the pool. Pool Bar: Michael, Lauterio, Victor, Marta, Salome Breakfast buffet: Santiago, Anthony, Yonathon We are already planning our next trip back.

Best birthday celebration
Majestic never disappoints, the staff is amazing. From breakfast to dinner it's all amazing. I huge thank you for the staff that made our trip memorable. We came to celebrate my wife birthday and they made it amazing! Breakfast: Anthony, Santiago, Jonathan Pool bar: Michael, Leuterio, Victor, Marta, Salome Dinner: Santiago again at the steakhouse as well as Anthony & Jonathan for buffet dinner.

We went to this resort for our anniversary. We stayed in the Elegance Club section and had a room close to the beach with a pool view. Thanks to our Butler Guzman who went over and above to secure our room and provided excellent service throughout our stay. He made our stay worthwhile. Great beach and pool by the beach. Enjoyed the Bali beds and beach bar. The Sea and Sea restaurant had a beautiful view of the Caribbean and we had our breakfasts and lunches at this location. The food selection is limited. Sadly the steak house provided poor service with sub standard food. The premium liquor was limited. The resort is tired and needs an update. Bathroom sinks were chipped, shower had rust and mildew build up and tiles throughout resort had major chips and holes. Went to the Sports Bar to watch the Bills game and the audio for the game was minimal. We have been to Punta Cana 9 times at 5 star resorts. This is not a 5 star resort.
