Majestic Elegance is Breathtaking and Magical
We had the most magical and memorable experience ever!! My boyfriend and I have been going to the Colonial for the past three years to celebrate our anniversary and his birthday. This year we wanted to try the Elegance. It blew us away. We stayed in the Adults section with a swim up room. The check in process was amazing. We were greeted right away with friendly smiles and our Butler Dario gave us a tour while walking us to our room. When we got to the room there were two beautiful signs on the door; “Welcome Back” and “Happy Anniversary.” This made us feel special from day one. The room was incredibly clean and the view was beautiful. We could hear and see the ocean from our room. The room had a big walk in closet with full length mirrors. It had two bathrooms, a big bathtub, and king size bed. The outside patio area had a couch, jacuzzi tub, and Bally bed overlooking the pool. The fridge was stocked daily with beer and water, which was nice because we didn’t have to worry about anything while enjoying our vacation. While staying on the adults size we would sit on the patio at the table and the bar servers would come around and get us our drinks. They would also clean around the area constantly. Which is a first for us. The employees were incredibly kind and went out of their way to say hello. Our butler Dario checked on us daily. He would find us where we were on the property to check in on us. For my boyfriend’s birthday he decorated the room with beautiful balloons, rose petals, and a bubble bath. I can’t even say how happy he was when he saw the room. He felt very special. The beach was beautiful!! I know a lot of people would complain about the seaweed. But as a native San Diegan that didn’t bother me one bit. It’s paradise and it looks even more amazing in person. The food was delicious. We went to the Italian restaurant several times. The food and servers were amazing!! We had the chicken and lasagna one night. Another night, the Fettuccine Alfredo and Penne. I highly recommend going there. If you love Italian food you will not be disappointed. This was the best vacation we have ever been on and we are already planning on going back next year! Truly spectacular from the moment we stepped on this property to the moment we left.

Incredible experience thanks to our amazing butler
My wife and I have been to Punta Cana many times over the years, but never stayed at Majestic Resorts. We chose it this time as we read you get a butler service with The Club. We got Guzman as our butler who was absolutely incredible! So helpful and friendly and professional. He went out of his way to make our vacation extra special and always answered our requests immediately after we messaged him. We absolutely loved Majestic with the butler service that Guzman provided, so will definitely be back because of the wonderful experience that we had!

Magical time
First time in Majestic Elegance and I read you get a butler if you stay in a club so we booked it. Been to Dominican Republic over 20 times in my life and this one was a highlight thanks to Guzman! What a nice, friendly, professional person and butler! He made our vacation magical! Because of him I’d consider booking another majestic elegance in the future.
