Majestic Elegance Punta Cana – Simply the Best! Another wonderful stay at Majestic Elegance! Everything was excellent, from the friendly front desk staff and spotless rooms to the beautiful restaurants, delicious buffet, relaxing spa, and gorgeous beach. The service is always exceptional, and the entire resort is perfect for relaxation. I come here every year and will continue coming back with my family and friends again and again. ❤️ It truly feels like our home away from home. Highly recommended! 🌴

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Third Visit — They Truly Make Us Feel Like Family!
We just returned from our third visit to Majestic Elegance Punta Cana, and once again, we left with so many wonderful memories. We have stayed at other resorts, but there is something very special about coming back to Majestic Elegance and seeing familiar faces who actually remember us. That is what makes this resort feel like home to us. From the moment we arrived, seeing staff members recognize us, remember our previous visits, and welcome us back with genuine smiles made us feel like we weren’t just returning guests—we were coming back to family. ❤️ A very special shout-out to Ismael at the swim-up pool bar! He is such a wonderful person and always made our time at the pool even more enjoyable. His smile, personality, and genuine kindness are exactly the kind of things that keep us coming back. We also want to recognize Alejandro, Joel, Jesus, and all of the pool guys. They work so hard and are always friendly, attentive, and ready with a smile. Seeing them again and knowing they remembered us made this third visit even more special. The relationships we’ve made with these guys over our visits mean so much to us. And then there is our wonderful butler, Osvaldy. ❤️ He deserves a special mention all on his own! Osvaldy took such great care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and attention made our stay even more special, and we were so happy to spend time with him again. Unfortunately, the beach had a tremendous amount of seaweed during our stay, which was disappointing because we absolutely love the beautiful Caribbean beach. That is, of course, something Mother Nature controls and not the resort, and there were still plenty of ways to enjoy our vacation. At the end of the day, it’s the people who make a place special, and Majestic Elegance is lucky to have so many wonderful employees. Our third visit reminded us exactly why we keep coming back. Ismael, Alejandro, Joel, Jesus, Osvaldy, and all of the pool staff—thank you for making us feel like family once again. ❤️ We came back as guests, but you made us feel like we were coming home. We loved the hotel last year, which is why we came back this year. The staff are wonderful and really attentive to the guests' needs. We spend quite a bit of time at the pool, and the team there is fantastic—they make delicious cocktails. We really appreciated Salomé, a wonderful person, and we also want to thank Alexandev, Adelio, Juån, and Leandvo; I wish them all the best.

Very relaxing and welcoming
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Service at the Pool & Swim-Up Bar We’ve had such a fantastic experience at the Magic Majestic Elegance, and I especially wanted to give a huge shout-out to the amazing bar staff working around the pool and swim-up bar. From the moment we arrived, the staff have been absolutely brilliant. They are friendly, welcoming, attentive and always have a smile on their faces. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they go out of their way to make sure everyone is looked after and enjoying themselves. The atmosphere around the pool bar is fantastic, and the staff really make it what it is. They work incredibly hard, even when the bar is busy, but somehow still manage to make you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. A special thank you to all the pool and swim-up bar team for making our holiday even more enjoyable. Your hard work, great service and friendly personalities definitely haven’t gone unnoticed. You are a credit to the Magic Majestic Elegance. Keep up the amazing work! 🍹☀️🏝️ We would definitely recommend this hotel, and the fantastic pool bar team are a big part of the reason why!

I would had given it a 5 star if it wouldn’t had been that I got sick with E-coli and after paying so much for my birthday party - I couldn’t partake in eating the food and really enjoying my birthday! I feel that the amount of food for 14 people was a lot and was a waste. Plus the time allotted (3 hours) was also not enough - I paid almost 1000.00 per hour. I don’t understand if it is all inclusive, and food is part if that obviously, why charge so much for food that should be automatically? I don't mind paying for the decorations and the time that the servers are there and a bartender- but regardless, they are working at resort and it wasnt like it was additional time as the party took place from 6:30 to 9:30 (which is usually the time times people go to the restaurants to eat! I paid way least than that for 28 people at a place for my daughter’s baby shower and it was appetizers, dinner, dessert, and all the drinks (coffee, tea, soda) and we had our servers (all was 750.00 including tax and gratuity). I just feel like the Majestic group can do better than that, specially for returning customers that usually come with a group to their resorts! On the other hand, VICTOR ORENA, my butler and the young ladies that helped me in planning the event (YISAIRI AND LUZ) they were awesome and so were the guys that were at my celebration serving etc… I do have to say, prior times that I have visited - all the people that work in the resorts were always saying good morning (buenos dias) or hello. That was very minimal this time around, it was a little disappointing. There were some that were very nice and always went out of their way to help but not as much as before. Love the resort and the people I have came in contact with but something has changed and it wasn’t like times before! Oh, maybe when you have all the seaweed wash up to the beach - start raking it with the tractor way before the guests start coming to the beach or invest in some type of device that blocks it from washing up to the shoreline!
