9 Doors Japanese restaurant is located on the ground floor of the lobby and is divided into the sushi bar and Teppanyaki area. In the Sushi Bar you will find an excellent and elaborate selection of sushi and 8 Teppanyakis, with capacity for 10 people and six sittings per day, you can have a real experience of show cooking whilst enjoying Japanese cuisine.

Enjoyed our 6th visit to Majestic Elegance Club. Jan 21-27. All was again a pleasurable experience! Food, Weather and Service did not disappoint! Our Butler Orlando Nunez assisted with our request for 7am in room coffee all week as well as helping with setting 2 dinner reservations. He was not overbearing and text us each day for any thing we may need. I would definitely give him 5 stars !👍. Thanks again Orlando. Special thanks to beach & bar servers Maxima, Felix and Roberto. 👍😎

Great service and resort!
We had never been to the Dominican before, we have been to Jamaica, Cuba, Mexico. This was a wonderful resort. The service we received was absolutely fantastic. All of the a la carte restaurants were so good. The buffet was fine, you could always find something to eat. Now I would very much like to name the staff that we found to be the most welcoming, hard working, kind, friendly and made our first time to the DR memorable. Firstly, Dario was our butler and he was so attentive, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. He followed up on anything we might have had concerns about. So friendly. We appreciated his time and hard work. THEN at the Elegance Club Pool we had the best service! The pool concierges, Jesus A., Victor, and Alejandro were the most fun and friendly staff we have encountered in a long long time!!!! love them so much and hope to come back to visit them again. Also at the Elegance Club Pool, Rosa was our bartender for a few days and she was AWESOME! She would sing along to the music and her happiness was infectious! In the Italian restaurant, Keybar was our waiter every morning for the a la carte breakfast for Club members. He always put us at a beautiful table for 2 for breakfast. He was wonderful. And the other wait staff, Rosemary, Masiel, Darleny were always such friendly faces to see every morning. So thankful for them. Now to the amenities. Coffee bar, awesome! Our room was huge! We had a large patio that also had a jacuzzi, like what?!? amazing. The bed was so comfy, the pillows were so comfy. Excellent wi-fi. Housekeeping was consistent. We had ordered room service 2x and each time was quick and yummy. Just a quick suggestion to make sure housekeeping empties the room service cupboard in a timely manner. That's what it's there for. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment shows. The bar service everywhere we went was amazing. Especially at the theater. All in all a great stay. I really would love to go back.

The Best of the Best
We have been coming to the Majestic for many, many years and January 2026 was among the best. The food, the atmosphere, and the amenities are wonderful but the true measure of satisfaction is the staff. The all work extremely hard to make our stay memorable. We have a fantastic butler, Victor Alexis Santana Urena who treats us like family. The staff at the beach bar Anyelina Segurida, Maxima Santana, and Rosa C are there with the smiles and holas to greet us every day and make our stay so very special. Huge thanks to these folks and all the staff at The Majestic Elegance and The Club.

Highly Recommend Majestic Elegance, Punta Cana!!!
We loved being there! Everyone was so friendly and the buffet and the restaurants and the entertainment, as well as the pools and the beachfront were all very amazing. We especially really appreciated our butler Richard Antonio Rondon Riviera. He went over and above to assist us and he made us feel right at home! He felt like part of our family and we really enjoyed seeing him and chatting with him. Thank you so much Richard. Hope to see you again next year! Also would like to give a shout out to Amelia, our wonderful and very friendly housekeeper! Hugs!
