Recently returned from another great visit at the Majestic Elegance in November. This was our 5th time! The staff Maxima, Santa, Angelina, Joel and Walliam is always super friendly and treat us so well, especially our butler Henry. He is the best! Can't wait to return next November!

Our butler, Peter, made our stay enjoyable! From planning a special dinner to taking care of our special requests, he came through each time!! For the resort, again, great stay & amenities. I have a recommendation though- please consider 1-2 Indian curry items for the buffet at Flavors especially for vegetarian guests. It’s easy, and the ingredients are all available! Thank you.

Once again, Majestic Elegance hit the ball out of the park !!!
From November 9th to 16th, we had another fabulous stay at the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana. This is our 4th visit to this resort and it was once again extraordinary! All this thanks to a heavenly environment, a resort of exemplary cleanliness, an excellent gastronomic offer and an exceptional customer service! Our room was spacious, jacuzzi included. We were in the "Club Elegance" section, ELLE block, near the beach! The beach is extraordinary, and our private section allowed us not to be crammed on top of each other. It is cleaned every morning, and no sargassum this year! Our concierge, Guzman, was once again a great help for the various reservations, the quick answers to our questions. He even decorated the door of the room indicating our return! Wow, thank you!! At our arrival, the concierge Richard guided us with an outstanding service as well! In fact, all the staff is attentive and warm! Thank you to everyone who made our stay a success: Angelina, Maxima, and Marilania at the pool bar at the ELLE block. Joel Samuel and Frantzceau for pool maintenance. Alfredo at the reception in the ELLA block. Stephany, Luis Manuel, Julio, Darleny, Frederic, Pamela, Luddy, Jose Luis and Alex, at the famous See & Sea restaurant. Ronny at the main buffet. Luz Maria for the impeccable maintenance of our room! We loved all the restaurants, but our favorite was definitely the See & Sea! If only the breakfast was a little earlier! 8:30 is a little late to have lunch there with the rising sun in front of us! Extraordinary! The buffets are excellent and very clean. The entertainment is omnipresent and varied. We love the Plaza for its location and decor. We love dancing bachata there in the evening! We met the General Manager of the Hotel, Mr. Jose Maria Gutierrez, and we appreciated his presence and his attentions. The management listens to its customers and is present on site. Amazing, relaxing vacation
Amazing resort with friendly staff including Gary at the piano bar, Manuel and Miguel at the lobby bar, and our butler Melvin. Easy and delicious dining - most restaurants don’t require reservations. If you upgrade to club level you can get ala cart breakfast and lunch instead of the buffet. We will return.

An excellent Hotel
We have been here for the 3rd time. It is always an experience. The hotel staff are always very accommodating. I have to make special mention of our butler Olbis at this point. We ask Olbis every time. Olbis is very accommodating and incredibly friendly. He tries to put a smile on our faces every day and does an excellent job. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. There are no shortcomings here. We look forward to our regular hotel every time. Many thanks to the entire staff and especially to Olbis. We look forward to the next time.
