The hotel is so beautiful, the grounds are well kept and there's always somebody cleaning. Located right on the beach front. The staff are friendly and food and drinks are great. You are greeted with a cold towel and a welcome drink, then taken to club lounge for check in. We requested a better view room but was told no, they do not do upgrades. The evening entertainment was good everyday. The pools were clean and warm. The beach unfortunately had a lot of sargassm but it was expected for August. There were swim up bars, a lot of pools and restaurants to eat at. There is an on site casino, shops, pharmacy. We had a Butler, our butler could have been more responsive, but it was fine. He booked our restaurants, decorated our room and gave us some merch. There is 24hr room service for food in club. There are seperatr lounges and food places for Club. Its definitely worth the upgrade. The air con was fantasticly cold and there was no smell in our room what so ever. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Don't forget to Tip, you do get better service with higher tips. Excursions are fine to book with get your guide, you dont have to book with hotel.

Amazing birthday trip!
I had an amazing birthday trip in Majestic Elegance Punta Cana and every part of the staff was so kind! Toribio, mayeline, peppa, ismael, robin, housekeeping, erik,edwin, antonio, juan pablo, michelle, and so many more kind members of the staff, all these people went out of their way to make you feel special, answer any questions you may have and make sure you’re having a great time. I am a non smoker and the grade is based on the fact that this resort is letting people smoke everywhere. If I had the option to go back home mid way I would have used it.
