Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.

We stayed a week at the Majestic Mirage. Great resort! Our butler Francisco was super. He answered all our questions, gave us a tour of the grounds when we arrived and checked in on us each day. Restaurants were great. We ate way too much of course. Beach was great, we walked for miles. Grounds are beautiful. There are many smaller pools but not a large pool. We enjoyed the piano bar with bartender Sau. She made our visits there a lot of fun!

Best Resort
We always have the best time at this resort! It is so clean and their attention to detail is impeccable! Its also nice to see management walking the property! We had Pablo as a butler and when I say that man goes over and above, I mean it. He checked on us a few times a day and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We went as a couples trip and wanted to surprise our friends and he helped us pull it off. I would recommend asking for him as your butler. He always has a smile on his face! Juan at the pool bar, in front of Building 4, was so much fun and always remembered what we were drinking! Noemi, every time we go she is such a vibe! So friendly and always remembers you each day! Her smile and personality are so infectious, you can't help but have a great time!2 Thr ladies at the coffee shop were so sweet! And the designs they do on the coffees were amazing! William the sommelier was very knowledgeable and friendly! Loved the maple leafs pin he wore, said he received it as a gift from a friend.

Peaceful, pristine and friendly
We love the Majestic Mirage. The service is fantastic, rooms are spacious with a separate suite with couch, bar and table. The resort isn't so large that it is too long to get from one end to the other, although we put about 15,000 steps in per day. The atmosphere is nice for couples. There was only one noisy group who blasted their own speaker music one day, but I believe management may have dealt with that. There is an energetic team for entertainment, dancing and fun. Our butler assigned to us was Amable, who treated us attentively and helped right away with things we needed. He is very kind. The food and drinks are delicious. There is something for everyone's palate! The gym had up-to-date equipment. Everywhere is kept immaculate as the staff all work so hard to keep it that way! Tipping is customary, and they all deserve it.

Retirement party getaway
Our group had a very good time at the Majestic Mirage. The service and accommodations were great and everything that I had for meals was top-notch. Our Butler Pablo was amazing and kept in contact with us daily for any additional needs we may have needed. Even though the resort was full, I did not feel that it was overcrowded and most of the time we were seated for our meals within five minutes. I also use the spa one day and was happy with the service and the massage was Quality. If you land around 4:30 PM, expect a little bit longer transfer as the traffic can get heavy.
