We had such a great stay at the Majestic Mirage in Cancun! Everything we would want from an all inclusive resort vacation. Our butler Wilbur was so attentive and made sure our stay was nothing but the best. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to stay.

Gridel, my butler made my experience at the Majestic Mirage pleasurable after experiencing some issues not related to him. Gridel was very attentive to my needs. He made sure my husband and I felt valued. I traveled with friends to celebrate my 50th birthday and they appreciated how he would check in on us, whether at breakfast, at the beach, and various locations of the hotel. And note that my rating for him is a 10 out of 10.

À visit in Paradise
Last night, we got back from a 2 week’s stay at the Mirage. It was our second visit as we were also there last Novembre.to be totally honest, it was paradise. From the moment we arrived till we were ready to leave, we encountered warmth, smile, professionalism, cleanliness and friendly people. I will mention a few people who made this trip memorable but know that everyone from the reception desk to the departure booth greeted us like we rarely have been treated! And we are world travellers!! First of all, our personnel butler, AMABLE, was always a step ahead of us, reservations for restaurant, vouchers for golf, special attention for birthday, always always with a smile, he took time everyday to come and salute us, chatting with us despite his very busy schedule. He is simply the best. We can’t forget his smile. 2: the rooms are spacious and clean. Our Camarista, ELENA Victor, was discreet and often added a nice touch of flowers to the towels and linens, very sweet. 3: of course, there is the food which, in our opinion, is much improved since last year. The quality, the presentation, the improvement of wine is definitely noticeable. In the morning we always enjoyed our breakfast at the Seaside restaurant where we were treated by the « Hoo Hoo coffee » morning team. ELIAS, CARLOS, JENSY, WILLY, LEONARDO and all the others are sure to put a smile on your face at the start of the day. Later at night, we would enjoy either the Market Place where NATHALY, ANIRKA and MARIA EMILIA, would take care of us. Upon reservation, we also met LUIS and MERALY at the french restaurant, L’Essence. Not only the food was divine but the pianist was exceptionally talented. A couple of time, we went to the steak house, Don Jaume, where OLGA and the morning team made sure we had a pleasant evening. Finally, I must mention that if you need a coeliac or gluten free diet, CHEF SANTOS is always on location to make sure all your needs are met. She will even prepare you a succulent pasta dish. 4: by the pool bar, GUSTAVO, JUAN, VICTORIA or SANDY made sure we har our rosado at the end of the day. 5: at the pool, PEDRO is always ready to help or chat. He is very attentive. 6: regarding the golf, the pick up time is always punctual, very efficient. The Punta Blanca golf course is a challenge for most golfers and well up kept . The staff, very welcoming. 7: the entertainment at night is lively, family oriented and very diverse. We can only highly recommend this resort. We can’t wait to go back.

Alejandro !!!!! Was the best , friendly very personable make sure guest are taking care of Go a step above. And he check on his customers and he make sure they’re good and taken care of Would ask for him every time we come need to have him as a management great person great personality. Great individual great person to have on your team.

Amazing time at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana
We had an amazing time at the Majestic Mirage Punta Cana and Cesar at the bar was the icing on the cake! His energy was awesome and truly made the trip that much more enjoyable! Thank you for an amazing time and if you are thinking of checking it out I truly recommend staying here!
