Cafe Espanyol. We visit Cafe Espanyol every night during our stays at the Majestic Mirage. The speciality coffees and desserts are to die for. Darleny and Katherine are gorgeous, fun and seriously professional. They are so friendly and make every visit to the cafe memorable. If you stay at this resort go there for sure, you won’t regret it.

Majestic
My wife and I stayed oct 1-4th for my 40th Birthday which was a surprise and the stay was amazing from customer service, food, entertainment and amenities were absolutely amazing and will definitely be booking another trip soon. My butler Montero aka family was great anything that was needed he was there to facilitate i would say he needs a raise. All together great experience would definitely recommend and ask for Montero as your butler.

Fabulous Resort
What’s not to like about this fabulous resort – highly recommended My husband and I have repeated at the Majestic Mirage on many occasions and with each visit we gain new friends, and catch up with old ones – it’s like home from home. Junior who has become a special friend, was a great butler in fact one of the best butlers we have ever had, attentive and fun but the consummate professional. A great ambassador for the Resort. The Resort has some great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and evening meals, ranging from a Steakhouse, Sports Bar, Japanese, French, Italian, Buffet and Seafood – we had fabulous evenings with a range of menus to suit. Special nights for us in the steakhouse with Luis and his team, great fun and superb food. In the Italian with Jose Severino. Last but not least amazing food in the Japanese with the fun loving Poche. Thanks to all the lovely hostesses of all restaurants supporting all the guests, under the watchful eye of the lovely Wrkia. A widespread range of bars around the resort – with great drinks service on the beach from Gustavo and his team from the Pool Bar 4. Superb Coffee Shop on the resort with Ana Luisa, Jenny and team, so passionate about what they do in delivering everyone’s pick me up for the day. Service always with a beautiful smile. The resorts animation team providing the fun factor – Jose and his team work very hard and long hours to create that fun element – great entertainment throughout the day and evenings - hilarious in places. So the resort provides anything and everything for those that want to have a special holiday. Most important factor in this resort though, are the very special people that keep bringing my husband and I, back year on year. They cannot do enough to make your holiday enjoyable - always smiling, fun and very warm individuals. The Majestic Mirage is very much a place to make special memories. A compliment to Elena and her close knit Management Team who bring this all together and make it possible.

Our stay at Mirage Punta Cana
Our stay at Mirage Punta Cana was truly exceptional. We have stayed at beautiful resorts before, but what makes a property truly special is the people who take care of you, and the team at Mirage Punta Cana went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The service throughout the entire resort was outstanding. Every member of the staff seemed genuinely committed to making sure guests were comfortable, happy, and well taken care of. You can feel the effort they put into their work, and that level of attention makes such a difference in the overall experience. The restaurants deserve a special mention because the food and service were on another level. We were genuinely impressed not only by the quality and variety of the food, but also by the attention we received from the restaurant staff. A very special thank you to Felipe and Poche. They were absolutely wonderful! They were always attentive, kind, and genuinely interested in making sure we were completely satisfied with both the service and the food. They constantly checked on us to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it, and their warmth and professionalism made every dining experience even more enjoyable. People like Felipe and Poche are a true asset to the resort. We also want to recognize the entire Entertainment team. The shows were beautiful, professional, and incredibly enjoyable. We loved the variety and the effort that clearly goes into each performance. The Michael Jackson show was especially spectacular! It was one of those performances that you genuinely look forward to seeing during a vacation, and the entire production was simply wonderful. Our concierge, César, also deserves a very special thank you. From the beginning, he was always attentive and made a real effort to ensure that our stay was going as well as possible. He was consistently available, helpful, and genuinely concerned about making sure we were enjoying ourselves. His attention and kindness did not go unnoticed. And we cannot forget Samuel, who welcomed us when we first arrived. He personally guided us around the resort, explained everything we needed to know, and helped us get settled comfortably. What impressed us even more was that his kindness did not end after our arrival. Every time he saw us throughout our stay, he would stop to greet us and make sure everything was going well. That kind of genuine hospitality is something guests remember. Overall, Mirage Punta Cana is a resort where the people truly make the difference. From the restaurant teams to the entertainment staff, concierges, and everyone working behind the scenes, there is a clear dedication to making guests feel comfortable, appreciated, and cared for. We left with wonderful memories and a sincere appreciation for the entire team. A huge thank you to Felipe, Poche, César, Samuel, the Entertainment team, and every single person who made our stay so special. Mirage Punta Cana deserves to be recognized for the exceptional level of service and hospitality its team provides. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely love to return!

Fun, food, and entertainment.
Me and my husband arrived 2 days after my sister, brother and sister n law. The have stayed at this resort a few years ago and invited us to join them this year. I loved everything about the resort, the food, the entertainment. Will love to return next year.
