Just ok. The main attraction for us is the beach which is wonderful. We liked the pools as they were quiet also and appeared well kept. The food is mediocre at best. We’ve travelled plenty and been to numerous resorts and this is one we won’t be in a rush to return to.

Our Butler Elvis was amazing, as always. This is my 6 time at Majestic and each time we ask for him because he is the best. Last year we made friends with Anirca in the main buffet and it was great to see her again this year, along with her partner Naftaly they made us feel like we were home with friends. Miguel at the valet desk in the front came through when our big when our airport transfer cancelled last minute, he made sure we had safe passage to the airport.

Another amazing vacation at Majestic Mirage!
This was our 8th time at Majestic Mirage and it just keeps getting better and better! Each year we have Elvis as our butler and we would not want it any other way! He is always there for whatever we need! We had a couple of minor issues and Elvis made sure everything was taken care of sooner than later! I can be a pain in the neck sometimes lol. He put up with me always with a smile! He checked on us throughout the day to see if we needed anything! We look forward to coming back next year especially to see Elvis! Naftaly and Anirca were amazing! Made us feel so special. Took such good care of us during lunch and dinner at the buffet! We look forward to seeing them next year as well! The entertainment team always had us on our feet! So many laughs with them!

Top notch service from Jency and Willy. They truly went out of their way to make sure our experience was amazing. They learn what drinks you like and make sure your drinks stay full no matter where you are in the resort. Our butler Alvarado was also incredible. He wrote down any request we had and had it fulfilled within a few hours! Such a great birthday trip and most of it is due to these great employees!

4th stay at this resort and it gets better every time
Jency was our waiter most days for breakfast at the beach buffet spot and he is the best! Definitely recommend Arturo as a butler, he was fantastic! And making sure to see Olga at the Steakhouse is always to of our list! She's wonderful! We can't wait to come back next year.
