Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.
Located on beautiful grounds with its own pools including one with slides, sport games, Nintendo’s, mini disco and TV programs are just some of the activities the young will enjoy.

This was our third time at the Mirage and our absolutely fantastic butler Gridel made our trip amazing. He had our room and door decorated, he had treats left in our room as well as champagne. Every morning we got a message telling us what was going on that day. He found us at the beach to see if we were having a good day and needed anything. He booked our restaurants and spa. We all really looked forward to seeing his smile. I often see people asking what’s the big deal of having a butler and I can tell you, if you have the right one they can make your trip even better. I am gluten free so he put me in touch with the chef so that Chef Santos could make sure I always had food to eat. One night she even met us at the door of the restaurant and cooked a meal just for me. It was delicious! She is very helpful and friendly. :) If you have allergy issues see Chef Santos and she will take care of you. The resort is beautiful! The Majestic drink, with or without alcohol is fantastic! The beds at the beach and pool are so comfy. We had one each day and loved it. The beach is amazing. The softest sand I’ve ever felt. We were in the ocean every day. We never felt like it was crowded at all. Every single staff member we saw always smiled and said hello. The ladies who cleaned our room were lovely. The rooms are beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about The Majestic. We will be back. If you like seafood then you will be in heaven. There was no shortage of it. We ordered room service twice and it always arrived in about 30-45 min as they said it would. It arrived at the right temperature and we got exactly what we ordered. A huge thank you to Gridel! We really appreciate everything he did for us. We honestly feel you are part of the reason why we enjoyed our trip so much. We will be requesting to have him as our butler next time we visit. You are our family now Gridel. ❤️

Best bartender ever!
Jose, the bartender at the steakhouse has been nothing short of amazing. He remember us and our drinks every time we saw him. We came here with 30 other people for our wedding. The staff has been super friendly and made us feel very much at home. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Resort
Mirage Had a great stay at this resort, beautiful grounds, very well kept. The spa is a little oasis and Rafael in hydrotherapy took the time to care for us and we really appreciated that. The beach is top notch, with really soft sand and bright blue green water. No seaweed or rocks just smooth sand everywhere. Lots of loungers and day beds are included first come first serve with lots of space for everyone. The staff at this resort were really awesome, always friendly and having fun. A couple people to mention, Alejandro our concierge, was so awesome, and he decorated our room and door for my birthday it was really nice! Nelson, at the beach and pool area always made sure our drinks were full, and Ruben the photographer, super cool and talented. Everywhere we went there were hellos, smiles, and happy faces. The food was just ok. Honestly nothing stood out at all with flavor, nothing really good or really bad. Plenty of variety with stunning displays. And the presentation at all of the restaurants we visited were beautiful and well thought. We stayed on the adults only side, but this resort is quite massive, and we did a great deal of walking in order to get around. No big deal for us, we enjoyed it, but warning for others. Our room came with a rooftop jacuzzi and lounge area, and we loved the peace and isolation it provided. Unfortunately every night until after 11pm there was loud music pouring out of multiple places at once, very loud, and not relaxing at all. If you are hoping to have some peace and quiet, this isn’t really the resort for it. But there is lots of things going on, activities, shows, shopping, fun, kids and more kids. The Michael Jackson tribute performance was really good. Over all we enjoyed this resort and would recommend it to others. Another note- the grounds, shrubbery, walking paths, everything was kept immaculate. There were always staff cleaning. We didn’t see one single rodent, reptile or big insect the entire five days there. I got bitten about six times by one mosquito on our last day, other than that, no bugs at all. There were a few cats on the resort, but I think they are paid employees 😉 Definitely the cleanest resort we have ever visited hands down. Great spot!

Can't wait to go back!!
This was my 1st trip to the DR. I brought my 23 yr old daughter & one of my best friends! I did a lot of research & heard great things about the Majestic resorts. I tried to stay at the Elegance but, they were booked. I opted for the Mirage! I'm so glad I did! It was beautiful! It was SO clean! The beaches, our swim-up room, the grounds, etc.. All of the employee's work very hard & are always smiling! They are all so friendly! Our butler Leonel "Ritchie" was great! He made my friend who had not been on a vacation in over 15+ years (due to health issues) feel great! He made us all feel SO welcome! He was very nice and always accommodating! I highly recommend the Mirage! We loved it and can't wait to come back! Hopefully we get Leonel as our butler again!

Great jym with different simulators.Every day entertainment and dances are held. Wonderful atmosphere in hotel.
