Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.
Located on beautiful grounds with its own pools including one with slides, sport games, Nintendo’s, mini disco and TV programs are just some of the activities the young will enjoy.

We loved the Majestic Mirage. Rooms are the best! Daisy was our favorite poolside bartender . So pleasant and always a smile on her face. She made our trip to the pool bar a magnificent experience. We could not ask for any more. Francisco was a great butler as well. Can’t wait to go back.

Overall an AMAZING experience. Vickiana and our house keeper were very prompt and showed wonderful hospitality. Only thing we had an issue with was the room we were placed in. We booked the “Adult Only” side but soon realized that we were not placed on the correct side. When mentioned we were told there was no difference in the price and it was brushed off. If this was not an issue we would’ve given 5 stars because overall it was AMAZING. From staff remembering us, to the experience, it was just a great trip.

Majestic vacation
Everything was perfect from the time we arrived. Our room was very nice and spacious and always clean. The food was very good and we hit most restaurants. What really made this trip special was Candio our butler. He took care of our every need and was always there to help. He is a superstar and when we return we will request he be our butler again.

Gridel (KFC) We Love You!
We had a good experience at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, but really this review is a shout out to our Butler, Gridel (KFC). We can't say enough good things about him. The entirety of our trip from the moment we arrived he was nothing but the best. He is by far the best Butler my Wife and I have had at any resort we've visited. He's personable, funny, kind, and truly cares about the people he is taking care of while they're there. He responds to our needs nearly instantly, and went way out of his way one night to help my wife get some medicine for an incident. Had he not done that, we most likely would have had to call our trip short. But we didn't because of what Gridel (KFC) was able to do to help us. We loved having him, and we will miss him. This resort is incredibly lucky to have Gridel (KFC) and we hope that they realize that.

Great stay and highly recommend it.
This is our first time at Majestic Mirage. Our butler Bolivar was very attentive to our needs and always checked on us. We have had such a relaxing time during our stay. The food is good but more on the salty side for us. That is the only minor complaint we have on the resort.
