The hotel and property were beautiful: very clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed all of the restaurant options and theater. The staff was friendly, readily available at every turn to greet you or offer assistance. We had a great experience, overall very happy with our trip.

Absolutely loved the place. Carlos at the Salty Rim bar especially has to be singled out, what a lovely guy. Had a great day trip out snorkelling on the catermeran and saw some fish, ate some delicious steak and lobster and met some great people. Would absolutely come back.

Hi just thought I would let people know that I should have been going here for Christmas and New Year with Tui from England and yesterday I found out the hotel is closing and my holiday cancelled. This is not good enough as I booked it at the beginning of the year now there is hardly any choice left to pick another one !

Nov 23, 2024Average, not recommended if you want to avoid kids
I’ll preface by saying we went in with no preconceptions. We booked the adults only section. If you want a resort with no kids, this is not really for you. We suffered through screaming babies at the early restaurant times and kids using the gym as a play room. I don’t believe there’s a smoking policy either as there were cigarette and cigar smokers at the bars and pool area. You have to get out early to get pool chairs with umbrellas. A couple times we left for a quick lunch and came back to find towels had been taken away and our umbrella gone, and our personal items still there. There was awkward pressure to go to the Prestige presentation, which was painful. They kept pushing it even though we were clearly not the target audience based on our travel preferences. Overall food was ok, staff was nice, room service request did not arrive, free items offered did not arrive, room garbage was cleaned 3/7 days, bed changed once. Odd experience

Great
Service is okay, sometimes they were a Bit Slow Food is Perfect, you can choose almost blind from the menu and it is Great! Barkeepers Are very Kind and funny. They do a Great Job. The Guy from Tennis is awesome!! Was a Great time. The Beach has a lot of Stones but is besutiful as well.
