Memorable birthday celebration
This resort was amazing! We had the presidential swimup room. Everything was clean and spacious. The food was delicious, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Isaac, Karen and Armando for going above and beyond to make my birthday celebration memorable. They were attentive to my husband and my needs and made sure we had a wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Already booked for next year!
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Isaac and Armando were so detailed oriented that we didn’t need to ask for anything. Great food, great staff, great entertainment. We love everything about this place.

A week in paradise
It was a beautiful resort all the staff were friendly. HiIngio made our breakfast service so delightful he was so helpful and attentive to what we needed. He deserves a raise for all he does!
