Felt let down... wont recommend and wont return
We had a five night stay in dec at this hotel and overall left underwhelmed mostly about about the service and the approach. We will not recommend and wont be back. Below are the pros and cons. Pros: - location: you are right on the marina walk and close to the mall, and all the excursion boats etc. This comes with noise but one that can be managed by the hotel as the most annoying noise is the one from one particular bar below the hotel that has a live guitarist yelling in the open each night till 11 pm. Also at 7:30 AM sharp the music by the pool starts playing super loud! - security; hotel staff are very careful about security and dont let any non resident in the hotel without registering them by their host and keeping their ID. This is reassuring. Building is old but relatively well maintained. It has a charming traditional feel Cons: The push to sell is real, in your face and annoying. We were pushed to switch to another hotel and get the all inclusive package with it, when declined we were pushed to add all inclusive package to our room, when declined the price of the package was cut to half, when declined a discounted excursion package in turn for free breakfast and timeshare information at the sister hotel was offered and when declined the staff chased us daily to do it :) - we declined all the offers and maintained our freedom to try different restaurants on the marina for food. We learned that we could get a 20% discount at a handful of restaurants below the hotel if we are given a 'passport' by the hotel. When we asked the hotel they said they have ran out and pushed the all inclusive package again. What an annoying experience! - the pool is 1,80 M deep which is unusual for the shape, there is no life guard and no real eye catching signs to warn swimmers. Yesterday ans mom and her 1,5 year old almost drowned as the mom thought she could stand in the water and released her baby too early in the pool. The guests jumped in to help; no life guard on site and no sign that warns you about it - room service is $5/ night and you are lucky to figure out when to expect them from 8-4 and you can get missed all together too - Wi fi is super patchy so dont think about working remotely here -The water and coffee kit ( the cheap ones you get free everywhere) in the room are not free and you will be charged of you use them I believe all the cons can be addressed by the hotel management by putting their guests first and focusing the message and experience they want to send rather than seeing guests as walking dollar signs!

Amazing service!
Jeorge at Marina Fiesta Resort is truly the BEST! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about making guests feel welcome and taken care of. His attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to help with anything made such a huge difference in our experience. Because of Jeorge, our trip to Cabo was even more memorable. Marina Fiesta Resort is lucky to have him, he is a total standout and a huge reason we would come back again. Thank you, Jeorge!

Jorge is the absolute best server
Jorge was simply the best. I’ve been saving to take my family on a vacation over Christmas and today was our first day. Jorge was welcoming and FAST. Our drinks were never empty and he was friendly and attentive. We will come back to Marina fiesta just cause he is here!

Right on the marina in Cabo
I very much enjoyed the hotel. It is right on the marina and we were there to go fishing. We never had to walk very far to get to a boat. It was great to dine at the affiliated restaurants overlooking the boardwalk around the harbour. Staff was very accommodating and professional. Leonel was one of the bellmen/doormen who greeted us with a smile every time we saw him. We would definitely stay there again.
