Jan 25, 2026Absolute Lifesavers! A Massive Thank You to the Team
I had a wonderful stay here, but what truly set this hotel apart was the incredible honesty and helpfulness of the staff. I experienced every traveler’s worst nightmare: I lost my cell phone. I was absolutely devastated, thinking it was gone forever along with all the photos and memories I’d captured. I headed down to the concierge desk in a panic, where I met Jazmin, Enrique, and Karime. They were so professional, calm, and empathetic while they helped me look into it. To my absolute relief, they checked with the security team, who had found it and kept it safe and sound. It is rare to find a team that genuine and efficient. Knowing that the staff and security have such high integrity made me feel so much better about my stay. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—not just for the amenities, but for the amazing people who work here!

Poolside paradise
Poolside service was a 10 out of 10. The waitstaff, specifically Everardo, Octavio and Daniel, provided top shelf attentive service.

Juergen VIP Concierge
Juergen took such great care of our group while we stayed at Marival. He was the concierge in the VIP section at the beach at Marival Distinct He made sure all of us had shade when we wanted and sun when we wanted that! He also made sure we had plenty of towels. Juergen was focused on our comfort and happiness while on vacation. Fantastic service all around. Thank you.

Daniel from insu bar was absolutely amazing!!! He kept the fun flowing as well as the drinks, and the food is perfect! We love this place and Daniel made us love it more

Peaceful and great service!
Loved our experience here! Service was great (Octavio and Jesus at Lemmon Grass and pool area are the best!) Kept our drinks full and remembered our drinks! Doris down at Mozzamare was amazing too! Friendly service, 1,000 stars!!
