Dinner
We had an amazing meal here. The Portrhouse streak dinner was so delicious, The customer service was also amazing. Our Server Daniel was very nice with great suggestions. The Head Server Arturo kept checking on us. The Chef Paulo did an excellent job and asked us for any suggestions which we didn’t have. The dinner music was great. Drinks were also very tasty. Highly recommend.

Aug 22, 2026Nice place but they take advantage of you at checkout
I just checked out of my week long stay with my family and checkout was pretty terrible. I first want to say that my stay in general went pretty well and some staff were excellent (Faustino at the beach and Elena at Omaggio!) and some staff were not (the staff supposed to keep your fridge stocked…I called 5 times over 48 hours before they came once). This was also my second time staying here. When you check in they give everyone bracelets and let you know that if you lose one, to get another one costs $60 USD. Although this is kind of ridiculous, on the way in we just wanted to get into our rooms and did not complain or discuss this policy. However, I have 3 children. …and upon checkout my son couldn’t find his bracelet (he was very careful to hold onto it the entire week and showed it if he wanted a drink). On checkout they were not understanding and charged me $1200 pesos (more than the initial statement!) for the missing child’s bracelet. My wife and son then spent 30 minutes searching garbages and the room and our luggage for this bracelet as the front desk just looked on. My son is 8 years old, I think this is cruel. I eventually agreed to pay half the fee and checked out. But wait! They also attached $700 pesos in donations to my final bill! I asked them to take this off. Donations to charities are great, but at each individual’s discretion, trying to get donations this way is in my view is insidious. Anyway, the food here was good, the rooms were nice, and most of the staff were good, but small things like being treated poorly at checkout and not being understanding to families makes it so on principle I will never choose to come back.

Food, service, and experience was a 10/10!
10/10 experience!! Dinner at SkyBar was the highlight of our stay. The food was spectacular thanks to the amazing chef Paulo. The service was top notch and our servers & bartender went above and beyond to make the evening a night to remember. Special thank you to: Daniel, America, Gerry, and Chef Paulo, for creating such a wonderful experience for us all!
