We were a large family group who enjoyed wonderful hospitality at the Marival distinct. We shared 2 spacious 2-bedroom suites to relax in when we weren’t at the beach, pool or pickleball courts. One of our group used a mobility scooter and was able to get around quite easily. There was a couple of small repair issues which were dealt with promptly. The rooms were fresh and clean, beds firm with nice linens. We really appreciated the large balconies with comfortable furniture. The main spaces of the property are beautifully and airy. The beach set up was great and we enjoyed the cabanas which were worth the extra cost. Francisco and Javier looked after us really well there, and their friendly hospitality was a reason we took a cabana for a second day. Edgar visited frequently with drinks and snacks from the beach bar. On days we stayed poolside, Daniel provided an enthusiastic welcome and had chairs set up for us before we even had to ask. Several members of the restaurant staff stood out, especially Fatima and Catya who greeted us with smiles every morning in Omaggio when we wandered in for breakfast, and always accommodated our large group and scooter. We had attentive service from Edwin and Derian at dinner, and Miguel and Benecio at breakfast. Service at the other food outlets was also friendly and accommodating, especially Emmanuel at Mazzo Mara, however the quality of the food offerings at lunch and dinner was acceptable, but not outstanding for a luxury property. Lastly, Cynthia and her fellow concierges were delightful and helpful in making arrangements for us or providing guidance. They provide a great service, and we appreciated that someone was always available well into the evening. A truly memorable trip.

Italian dinner at Omaggio
Edwin, our waiter and server, was excellent, and his English is also excellent. Derian and Burragan were flawless in the execution of their work.

Amazing sunset and appetizers!
Luis our waiter could not have been nicer! So friendly and helpful. Sunset is best ever!! Great ambiance and appetizers.

We had an amazing dinner at Insu sky bar where Daniel took wonderful care and America was a great hostess we will definitely come back
