  Fabulous resort marival emotions

  A great trip with my wife at the Marival Emotions!! We enjoyed the delicious restaurants inside and on the beach. All the service staff was exceptional !! We were treated so beautifully and enjoyed every moment!! Also loved doing the professional yoga classes with Sharon from NRG2GO. I loved those classes every morning!! Beautiful memories… we will be back !

  Wonderful Resort!! Love!

  We had a wonderful stay at the Marival Emotions in Nuevo Vallarta . A fantastic resort with great food and exceptional service. It’s so clean and a beautiful setting on the ocean. I also loved doing the yoga classes with instructor Sharon from NRG2GO so nice to have that extra touch!! Thank you for the memories ❤️

  2nd Visit to Marival Emotions Resort & Suites Riviera Nayarit

  There were many improvements in the resort since our last stay in 2024. In 2024, food on the buffet was not kept hot at the stations. This has been totally rectified by installing fully heated trays for each station. A huge improvement. Specialty restaurants, Amalfi (Italian) and Silk (Asian) were outstanding.in terms of food preparation and presentation, taste and service. The Wait Staff made excellent recommendations and ensured that everything was as we expected. Great Service! Since hurricanes Simon and Trudy were threatening, the hotel took extra precautions to ensure our safety. The beach area was closed for a few days due to the amount of debris that had washed ashore from Simon and bcz of the strength of the waves. There was some impact to two of the 4 pool areas. Bar and restaurants in the pool areas were available. Our room over-looked the main pool and the ocean. Excellent views of sunrise and sunset. The room was well maintained and had a stocked bar fridge, kettle, coffee maker etc. House-keeping staff were very attentive.

  Overall great time but food options during day and by pool need work

  Overall the resort is good - rooms are nice and property is in great shape. You can tell they do a good job with upkeep. The highlight was the entertainment team who make the trip so much fun with activities all day and incredible shows at night. The food isn’t very good. I never saw quacamole (unless we joined the clas to make it) or pico de gallo and chips. Mexico fiesta night was different but I want these things every day all day long when I’m In Mexico. A huge downside was the poolside food - they don’t have any - you have to cover up and go to a restaurant- no snacks for kids that we easily accessible and you can’t bring food back to your room. Between 5-630 pm no food options are open at all so kids that are hungry between then are out of luck. This resort would be a 10/10 if they had poolside food options and an easy snack bar for kids with fruit vegetables popcorn and chips and dip.

  ¡Excelente servicio y atención de todo el personal! ¡Excelente servicio de Marcos, Lupita y de todo el equipo! Nos brindaron una atención excepcional, siempre amables, atentos y profesionales. Tenemos más de 10 años visitando Marival Emotions y, en varias ocasiones, hemos encontrado diferencias entre la información que recibimos y la experiencia al llegar al hotel. Sin embargo, queremos destacar que la excelente atención del personal que trabaja directamente con los huéspedes puede marcar una gran diferencia. En esta última visita, nos gustaría reconocer especialmente a Marcos, del club de playa, y a Lupita, del área de meseros durante la Noche Mexicana. Su amabilidad, profesionalismo y disposición para ayudar hicieron que nuestras vacaciones fueran mucho más agradables, a pesar del huracán Simon y algunas dificultades iniciales. ¡Muchas gracias a Marcos, Lupita y a todo el equipo! Su dedicación y calidez nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y valorados. Personas como ellos hacen la diferencia y demuestran que el trato humano es fundamental para brindar una experiencia memorable. Sin duda, Marcos, Lupita y todo el equipo merecen cinco estrellas por su excelente servicio y por hacer una diferencia positiva en nuestras vacaciones. Si hubiera algo que mejorar, quizás sería la comunicación entre el personal, para asegurar que la información que se brinda a los huéspedes sea clara y consistente. También sería importante mejorar el seguimiento y la respuesta a los correos electrónicos. En mi caso, envié un correo electrónico a Erik Varela y no recibí respuesta. Entiendo que el personal puede estar ocupado, pero considero que responder a los huéspedes es importante. Excellent Service and Attention from the Entire Staff! Outstanding Service from Marcos, Lupita, and the Entire Team! They provided us with exceptional service, always being friendly, attentive, and professional. We have been visiting Marival Emotions for over 10 years, and on several occasions, we have encountered discrepancies between the information we received and our actual experience upon arriving at the hotel. However, we want to emphasize that the outstanding service provided by the staff who work directly with guests can make a tremendous difference. During our most recent visit, we would especially like to recognize Marco from the beach club and Lupita from the waitstaff during Mexican Night. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made our vacation so much more enjoyable, despite Hurricane Simon and some initial difficulties. A huge thank you to Marco, Lupita, and the entire team! Their dedication and warmth made us feel welcome and valued. People like them truly make a difference and demonstrate that genuine human connection is essential to creating a memorable experience. Without a doubt, Marco, Lupita, and the entire team deserve five stars for their excellent service and for making such a positive difference in our vacation! If there is one area that could perhaps be improved, it would be communication among the staff to ensure that the information provided to guests is clear and consistent. It would also be important to improve follow-up and responses to emails. In my case, I sent an email to Erick Varela but never received a reply. I understand that the staff may be busy, but I believe responding to guests is important.
