Clients can pre-reserve their dinner reservations for the specialty restaurants prior to their arrival at the hotel by emailing Chantal Ayala at restaurant@marival.com.mx. Reservations must be made 7 days prior to arrival. No reservations will be taken prior to or after. No reservations will be accepted for December 24-January 2 each year. Reservations apply to a maximum of 8 persons. Any group larger than 8 may still contact Ms. Ayala for special arrangements.
Some restaurants may only operate on select schedules. Some restaurants may require reservations and expect appropriate dress. Consult the hotel upon arrival for hours of operation, reservation policies and dress codes.

Amalfi food was solid (liked Silk better) but service was some of the best on property, thanks to Guillermo. Recommend trying both Silk and Amalfi, they far exceed the other F&B options on property.

Another great visit to Emotions!!
We visited Marival Emotions from November 15-22. As per our previous visits to Emotions, the resort was in great shape. The room was clean and well appointed. Special shout out to Dalia at the Bar Volare, she made us feel very welcome. Also want to mention the great work at the beach by Marco by adjusting the umbrella to keep us in the shade. The wait staff at Caprico were also excellent, particularly Marcos and Daniel. We went to Mai Tai, Silk and la Pergola... the food was delicious and the service was great. Breakfast at La Bamba had great views of the ocean. The buffet was good, and the service was excellent. Never ran out of vino blanco

The service was good , but some waiters and hostess were rude most of the time. When i arrived the person that wanted to sell a membership to us was more focus on the membership part than telling us about where the restaurants where located and activities around the resort. Keyla and Jael thanks

AWESOME !! JUST AWESOME !!
Excellent vacation.... as long time members we were happy with the resort and especially the incredible staff we have come to know and consider friends or even family. Marco and everyone at Capriccio is above and beyond. We have come to refer to Marco as the "Umbrella Man" . He follows the sun to make sure if you want shade you get shade for the entire day and always with a smile on his face. The servers and the kitchen at the Capriccio beach club are second to none. Then there is Christian the captain at the Italian restaurant Amalfi and the new Silk asian restaurant is awesome as is Pergola. ALL the restaurants including the Buffet are excellent with great service and good food. All in all a great time at a great resort.

The best service at Mai Tai
Cesar is the most efficient, kindest server! He knows our drinks after only a short time. He gives us advice and we know he cares!
