  Good value Apartment at Dubai Creek

  Good value and fairly priced for a 3-bedroom apartment in Dubai. Was traveling with family members. Yes, it's in the Creek a bit further out, but close to the airport. Rooms: Really large. Generous spaces. On the older side, they could do with some updating. Facilities: Rooftop swimming pool. Old but large gym. Breakfast: We were offered breakfast for part of our stay. Nice spread, the weather was very cool by then, which was nice to have breakfast outside. Service: Friendly staff. Tip: Helpful to have car to drive around.

  Good service apartment property from Marriott in Dubai

  Good service apartment property in Dubai. It was my first time living in a Marriott branded apartment property. While this is in the old part of Dubai, the property is very neat and clean and the apartment sizes is truly huge working well for long term stay or a shorter stay as was the case with me. The staff is super helpful - special shout out to Leander Luis and Romario D'souza in the reception team, who made my stay particularly comfortable and made us feel welcome. Would go back again in the future.

  Clean, Comfortable, and Perfect for Families

  This was our first stop when arriving in Dubai. We drove from Abu Dhabi airport with two young children and arrived earlier than expected. We called ahead to ask about an early check-in, and the hotel was more than happy to welcome us at 11am. From the moment we arrived, the staff—from the doormen to reception—were friendly, attentive, and especially kind with our girls. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and although breakfast had just finished, they kindly offered it to us. The early check-in was a huge help after our journey, as a nap was much needed. The room was ideal for our family of four: spacious, clean, and comfortable. We initially stayed for one night, but later returned during our trip for another two nights—this time as a family of five—and once again we were very happy with the service. The top floor offers great views across Dubai, with a connecting bridge to the other tower that’s worth exploring. Breakfast was another highlight, with attentive staff who regularly checked if we needed anything. We were also running late for check-out, and the hotel kindly accommodated us with a later departure, which we really appreciated. The only letdown was the room service food. After a long day of travel, we ordered in for convenience, but unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations—the burgers were overcooked, the buns too crisp, and the sandwiches a little dry, especially given the price. That aside, our experience was overwhelmingly positive. The Marriott Dubai Creek Residence provided excellent service, comfort, and family-friendly hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

  :Extremely Disappointing Experience – Far Below Marriott Standards I arrived in Dubai on August 18, 2025, with high expectations of a global brand such as Marriott. Unfortunately, my experience at the Marriott Apartments was nothing short of shocking and profoundly disappointing. The first room provided was entirely unacceptable and unsuitable for human use. Dust covered every surface — inside the wardrobes, on the bed, and even on the towels. The floor was so filthy that my children’s feet turned black after walking on it. Such conditions are utterly inexcusable for any hospitality establishment, let alone one carrying the Marriott name. After raising my concerns, I was relocated to another building. However, this required a long walk to reach the restaurant and other facilities, an unreasonable inconvenience given my back and knee problems. Worse still, the second room was equally substandard: the chairs were worn and torn, the carpet was dirty, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. To add to the discomfort, there were no ceiling lights — only lamps — creating a poorly lit and unpleasant atmosphere. The standard of hygiene, maintenance, and service I encountered was disgraceful for a brand of Marriott’s global reputation. Despite my legitimate complaints, my request for a refund was denied, forcing me to leave and seek accommodation elsewhere at my own expense. This experience was not only disappointing but also damaging to the trust associated with the Marriott name. The property I stayed in does not reflect the quality, professionalism, or credibility that travelers worldwide associate with Marriott. It is deeply concerning, and I strongly urge fellow travelers to reconsider before booking this property.

  Relaxing stay

  The stay was very comfortable, giving the feeling of living in your own apartment. You have the convenience to cook, do your laundry, and enjoy a comfortable workspace. The property is managed professionally, and the overall team have been exceptionally kind and efficient in their duties.
