Had an amazing time for my birthday 🎂 vacation. The hotel had amazing workers. I wanted to thank especially the second manager that helped my husband the late afternoon we checked in and the lady that greeted us when we arrived with our luggage. I’m sorry to not recall her name but she was amazing when we needed taxi service always .Prior to our room being ready we had an amazing lunch at Luna Mar and had an amazing server named Crystal . She was so sweet and made us feel welcomed more than when we checked in . She is really an amazing asset to your team to help us be more relaxed finally after our long trip to arrive and had amazing suggestions for us to have while anticipating our room readiness. It was a blessing to be able to stay at your hotel and appreciate all the hospitality and beautiful surroundings you have. Thank you so much Mrs Teresa Carroll

As a first time traveler to St. Thomas I was blown away by how beautiful the surroundings are and how friendly all the locals were. The Westin is no exception, it is beautifully set right on the side of the mountain with unmatched views. The staff were wonderful as well. Veronica, our server and Chef Taffroni were excellent!

Great 7 days in August 2026
We had a wonderful experience at the resort. Jess, Tamera, Nalani, and Melania worked at Luna Mar. They made the best drinks with a big smile. They also gave great recommendations on things to do on the island. Nyrobi at the pool bar and Amber at the lobby bar also made great drinks with great attitudes and were a pleasure to be around. All of the people mentioned above made my experience so much fun. Rob

Westin St. Thomas USVI
I come here for both business and family combined. This hotel has amzing esthetics. The rooms are well appointed, the furniture is clean the beds are very comfortable. The staff here have been amazing, very welcoming and graceful always ready to help, this is from the front desk to the restaurants to the housekeeping. The only issue I have is during breakfast the potatoes on Thursday and Friday were a little tough like they were reheated not fresh, everything else was very good. I have been coming here for years and the transformation from the property before the 2017 storms to now is incredible. They did a wonderful job. I have yet to get a chance to stay at the Bouy Haus property yet but will one day.
