A gem in the heart of London
Review by a verified Independent Travel Agent: What can I say about ME London? From the moment you walk in you’re welcomed by friendly reception staff. Got offered a lovely drink upon arrival and a room upgrade to the city terrace room. The hotel itself is stunning and has gorgeous aesthetics. The room was amazing and felt very special with the welcome amenities in room. Loved the layout of the room, with a double rain shower, his and hers sinks and a bathtub. It truly felt like a luxury 5 star hotel…the view from the room overlooking London was the highlight for sure! A big thank you and mentions to the staff who were exceptional, especially the guest experience team: Diana who showed us to the room was so helpful and friendly, added a personal touch to our stay and Alvaro who organised everything and communicated accordingly to my requests prior to arrival, such excellent service and so welcoming. Breakfast was lovely where you can choose from 3 options, I opted for a croissant and juice and a full English breakfast which were served in the Gino D’Campo restaurant which had a lovely vibe. Can’t wait to book my next stay and clients have already showed interest and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

Amazing
Had a wonderful stay at this London hotel! A special mention to Sruthi, who was absolutely amazing and made our experience truly memorable. She showed us the beautiful moon installation ..it was so mesmerizing .. She even took us to The Radio Rooftop Bar, it was fantastic with great vibes and views. Everything about the stay was perfect, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Exciting part is the location as well , the best for the first timers in London !! We will definitely be coming back this summer.
