Old. Unsafe. Unable to provide two adjacent rooms for parents and toddlers. Pool is dirty. Property is unkept. Checked out early and went to different resort.

It was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were so clean with service that came ritually. I got the package the included breakfast everyday which was a win. This would be everything if was an all inclusive resort. Prices for food and drinks were just extremely pricey. As would be expected for a resort, just would be a great option to have an all inclusive there. Access to the pool and beach were amazing and beautiful.

Amazing resort. Pools and beach were beautiful and service was amazing. Food was very good, except the one Italian restaurant (Basserie) which was pretty bad.

Great resort with activities and giant pool
We had a great experience with the family. The resort is well kept and staffs are very friendly and helpful. I particularly like the option for self parking, over valet, for the convenient of going in and out without waiting. Breakfast buffet is amazing, but can be crowded around 10am. I wish the water sports and bike rental doesn't close too early at 4pm/5pm since UV index is really high until 3pm during summer days. The resort is on it own peninsula and double gated, and we feel very safe. It's close to the rain forest and close to snorkeling and night kayaking activities.
