No access to tennis or golf on TV

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and overall the hotel met all our expectations except for 2 concerns. No english speaking TV channels. It just so happened to be the Billie Jean Cup (womens tennis)with France v Gt Britain.Lack of access to be able to watch these exciting tennis games really frustrated me whilst the main TV screen in the bar seemed to be continually showing football .As the Billie Jean final will be in Seville this Nov I urge the hotel to consider covering a wider range of both female/male sports. My partner was also frustrated in not being able to watch any of the Masters Golf Open. This would not be happening in the Algarve or Lanzarote where I managed to watch most of Wimbledon last June at the Blu Radisson. Lastly your restaurant lacks intimacy /noisy & is a bit like a canteen.Nothing you can do about it...(architects fault).but I would urge potential guests to explore the many restaurants in the town which are in a abundance & offer excellent value.

    Great location food and service!

We have travelled a lot in Europe. This hotel did not disappoint us. Rooms were a good size. Food was amazing. So many different options! 2 pools. One roof top with a bar and with a great view and one on the ground floor. The hotel is exactly where you want to be. It’s in the middle of a long promenade. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 9th floor with a view of the Mediterranean. The hotel is between stairs to the town on one side and a walkway with stores and restaurants to the town on the other side. Make sure that you get the plan with 2 meals a day. You will not be disappointed!

    April 2024

We arrived on the 6th of April 2024, as myself and my wife had already stayed in the hotel the previous year we had recommended this to our friends. On arrival we where allocated rooms 308 and 309 and the view was so disappointing...we where looking at the conference centre but the roof below us had artificial grass just cut into pieces and was so unsightly to look at while sitting on the balcony. The TV had no British channels which may not seem a big deal but its always good to keep up to date with things back home its the first hotel I have stayed in with no British TV channels.....overall we still enjoyed our stay....rooftop is stunning and staff so friendly......would still recommend this hotel but a few tweaks here and there would improve the experience.

    No 🎾

All Ok and as expected.Bit frustrated by the lack of English speaking channels available on the TV's.In particular unable to watch any of the Billy Jean Cup in the hotel anywhere..Considering Spain has a strong tennis culture and it was France v Great Britain I find this surprising.Plenty of football on every night.Managed to watch Wimbledon in July in Lanzarote so management please take note .My partner unable to access the Masters golf either. The dining room a little noisy so opted for the B & B. Evening entertainment a mixed bag Elvis tribute band good . Redeeming feature is the central position & even though our room only offered a side sea was a very generous view

    No good for kids!

Booked a sea view room, mine was facing a cliff with derelict buildings on it, garbage truck comes every day at 7.10am (6.10am UK time) and stays for 20 minutes making noise throwing empty bottles in the back of it. The pool was fully in shade every day by 3pm so the water was freezing and is overlooked by 320 rooms, the restaurant, bar and reception (not great for kids), very nice roof pools but was not aloud to use those because of my 13 year old son. Nothing to do for children, entertainment was for the 60+ age group. Breakfast was good but lunch and evening meals were very bland, dinner plates were very dirty on underside. No aircon in rooms so was a terrible nights sleep as it was soo hot in there. Plus side rooms were super clean. Would not return.
