    This resort is due for updates throughout, biggest issue was we was getting rained on in the buffet area when having breakfast through the light fixtures and ductwork where it was pouring down rain outside, the people were really nice the one person that stuck out was our bartender, Eric, thank you Eric

    Melia review December 2 thru 9 2024. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cozumel and the Melia all-inclusive

    We totally enjoyed our time at the Melia. The accommodations were very good and the staff was polite and professional. We especially would like to point out Jorge Vivas in the buffet. Super good guy and so helpful. We also dined in san miguel at the Hemingway and Monina seafood restaurants. Excellent ceviche!

    Our concierge, Hector, was amazing! Adults only pool with bar and Bali beds were a delight. Buffet was great, except for Spanish night. All staff was kind and helpful!

    Cozumel Wing Surfing

    Adjacent to local kite and wind and wing surfing! Staff was very accommodating to our needs, including maintenance staff when I needed a bit of tape and glue!
