Had a great experience at Melia Granada. Booked this hotel through AMEX Travel as it was part of the Hotel Collection. Hotel staff upgraded the room at checkin, proactively offered a late checkout was needed and explained the other benefits associated with the program. Room and bathroom was modern and spacious for two and the hotel is walkable to major sights in the city. The 6th floor lounge and bar provided great views of the city and the terrace, in particular, was quite enjoyable in the evening. Would happily stay here again if I’m ever in Granada again.

Super hotel for your Granada stay
We booked the "Level", it was worth it. The hotel is excellently located in easy walking distance to the cathedral and the old market, as well as lots of restaurants and cafes. The Level experience included a club on the 6th floor with amazing views of the Alhambra. The staff were all so helpful, and warm and friendly. Highly recommend staying here when in Granada.

Honeymoon Hit
The Melia Granada was an amazing hotel. If given the chance you should upgrade your room to obtain The Level, it is well worth the money and conscience. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Ramon, from the front desk, was the best. His level of service, recommendations, and assistance with orienting my wife and I to the city was perfect. He made our Honeymoon the best.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Meliá Granada. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional and we were made to feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. A very special mention has to go to Amor, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable, happy and felt at home. Her kindness, professionalism and genuine care really stood out and made our experience even more memorable. It’s people like Amor who turn a great hotel stay into an exceptional one. The level of service and hospitality we received was outstanding, and we are extremely grateful for everything she did for us. Thank you to Amor and the entire Meliá Granada team for making our time in Granada so special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Granada.
