Beautiful hotel in a great location. Shops and restaurants close by. The centre is about 25 mins on foot which is a lovely walk with plenty to see along the way. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly Salvador always made us feel welcome at the cocktail bar. The rooms were clean and spacious, rituals products in the bathroom were an added bonus. There were plenty of sun beds around the pool, pool towels were available for free if you requested a card at reception. We will definitely return.

Great hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Rooms are bright and spacious. 2 malls close to the hotel. With 20 minute walks to most sites. Uber are quite cheap. Big shout out to Salvador from the hotel bar, always smiling and ready to greet guest, impeccable manners and super friendly.

Phenomenal hotel. Amazing location - tram just opposite hotel. Pool area is gorgeous, staff are friendly. Our room was beautiful. Shoutout to Andres for the delicious cocktails

Its ok, room like faulty towers, shower broke, light broke, safe wasnt working. I asked the girl giving out towels by pool to remove towels that were there 4 hours with no one on them which I was told no, its crazy, people holding beds for hours, then i noticed people having beds in the sun and in the shade while others were looking for beds, the music by the pool is the worst I've come across and its like an adult only hotel the way people are in the pool, totally unacceptable and if i was here with my family id be after loosing the plot. No managers watching whats going on.
