  The Team is 5 Star - Just like the Hotel Facilities

  The staff at this hotel is outstanding. The hotel is perfect and the view from our suite of the Iron Lady (Eiffel Tower ;) ) was magnificent. The concierge and front desk team are exemplary - really made our visit special. Highly recommend - try and book Suite 803!

  Warning , A/C not working !!!!

  WARNING !!! The a/c air conditioning is NOT working. Make sure you check (in writing) before booking. ! And they don’t even inform you upon booking . Nice staff , they’re trying to help…. But management seems unresponsive…. Sadly.

  Very nice but also small

  This hotel is very nice, and there are many things to like about it. It has a chic, beautiful design, and the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and very professional. That said, future guests should be aware that the rooms are quite small. We were traveling as a family with one child, and this was provided at the time of booking. When we arrived, the room was beautifully set up for two people, but not really for three. The additional sleeping space was not a fold-out sofa bed, but rather a sofa that was made up for sleeping. Once it was set up, there was almost no space left to move around. We had booked a deluxe extra room, so we were surprised by how tight the space felt for a family. The bathroom setup is also something families may want to consider. The bathtub and shower are part of the same open area as the room, with a velvet curtain that can be pulled between the bedroom/living area and the shower area. However, the glass shower door itself is still exposed. With our daughter traveling with us, it felt a bit awkward at times. This may work perfectly fine for couples, but it was not ideal for a family. I do not want this to take away from the positives. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is convenient, and you can walk to many places if you do not mind walking. The staff were excellent and made us feel welcome. Overall, it is a lovely hotel, but based on our experience, I would be cautious recommending it for a family of three unless you are very comfortable with limited space, a sofa used as the extra bed, and the open bathroom layout.

  It was ok

  It was not terrible, but not fantastic. Just kinda meh. The hotel is small, which we like. The location was not too bad. Very short (5min) walk to Alma station (RER line) and (10 min) walk to Metro Grand Palais station. Room was tight! Well.. that’s Europe! They have an elevator but it is super tiny! We saw bigger folks come in with big suitcases! No way that one person with one big suitcase would fit in the elevator! We used the stairs the whole time and got in a work out! Housekeeping moves a bit slow. We had two days where we left in the morning and returned after 4pm and they had not made it to our room. Breakfast was very good. Nice selection! We did eat in the restaurant one night. It was fine. Concierge service was outstanding! This is where they shine. So accommodating and kind. Overall it was just ok.

  Amazing Experience!

  My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and it’s staff! Everyone we came in contact with from the moment we arrived was both friendly and incredibly professional! Our most regular contact was with the front office, staff and the waiter. I wish I could use our names, but I don’t think I’m permitted to. They were all incredible!! Our room was spotless and the breakfast buffet outstanding! I can honestly say I think it was one of the highlights of our trip and we would return in a heartbeat!
