    Home away from home

    We have stayed at the Melia Puerto Vallarta six times now and will be returning! First and most importantly the staff, some of which we have become good friends with! Jose Marie Solice, waiter, is our best friend in all of Mexico! The food is very authentic as well as the atmosphere, many Mexican families holiday there, making it a truly cultural experience. The location is superb, all the activity of the bay the marina across the street with all the shops and restaurants and the Thursday night market. Centrally located for all your tours and downtown PV close by. I just can't say enough about the friendly outgoing staff, they are truly magnificent!

    Friends trip

    the resort was great. Entertainment in the eventing was good, staff were very helpful and very entertaining and always found things for all of us to do by the pool. There is archery almost everyday which is fun and there is a kids club where they always had activities for the children to do. There are lifeguards by the pool also, they could be watching the water more than they were. We had some mold around our bathroom sink, but overall the rooms were cleaned and the beds were comfy.

    Great all inclusive

    A great all inclusive - food , entertainment, drinks. Restaurants. Many thanks to Alberto for booking our last minute dinner at the fish house . It was delicious. Definitely recommend the shrimp salad too start. Surf n turf , Mahi Mahi and desserts excellent.

    A great much needed trip from home.

    The hotel was great. The poolside activities were amazing. The team of Yusnel, Aleandra, Chris, Betty, Assandra, Beto, Daniel. A great team that made sure all the guests were part of the experience. The hospitality of the entire staff is second to none.
