Visit: August 2025 Great experience at the Melia Punta Cana. I upgraded to the Level do had access to the al la carte restaurant. A shout out to some of the staff that made my stay better. Miguel Quimero - Manager of the restaurant, excellent customer service and really attentive in making sure food was served promptly and might i add it was delicious also. Some of his staff Yessenia - always had a smile on her face great service Franclin Hilario Cesar Albania All the staff named above really helped in making the stay for my wife and I enjoyable. Thank you.

Lovely and Memorable Stay I had a lovely and memorable stay at this beautiful resort. The resort itself is absolutely lovely, with a wonderful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The rooms were comfortable, although they could benefit from a little updating as some of the furnishings and facilities felt slightly outdated. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the team at the front reception desk and the staff in the breakfast and lunch restaurant. Their kindness and helpfulness really added to our experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this resort to family and friends. We would also consider returning in the future. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

We had a really lovely stay at the Meliá in the Dominican Republic and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I would especially like to give a huge shout-out to Isaac, who was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we met him, he was so welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. He always went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and looked after, and his positive attitude really stood out. Isaac is a real credit to the Meliá and deserves lots of recognition for his hard work and excellent service. He really helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Isaac! ⭐️

Well where do I start. The minute me and my partner walked into the place the atmosphere wasn’t great but we over looked it because of our destination. The 3rd day into the holiday me and my partner went out for a bit and when we got back to our room we found a worker in there he ran across the bed and out the bathroom window he got a way with my engagement ring my partner tried to run after him and even told the security guard that was there and he did nothing. The hotel did nothing and so did the police. We got a down grade room as we couldn’t stay in that room again the room was rubbish . We wasn’t even offered any complimentary massages or meals the staff just ignored us the rest of the holiday. The Staff were miserable and over all this was not a wellbeing experience we got bitten so badly that it was unbearable new bites everyday. The sea wasn’t great full of seaweed and smelt nasty. People hassling you on the beach everyday even when you have said no to them loads of time before
