Very nice hotel in a beautiful part of the city. The accommodations and staffing were terrific. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Special shout out to Estrella in the Levels concierge lounge - she went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. She was very resourceful and very reliable in following up and following through. She is a great example of what sets this hotel apart from others....

Fantastic, comfortable hotel with scrumptious breakfast
We stayed 6 oct for 4 nights. A very comfortable hotel, in a nice area, 5 minutes from Plaza Espania, 20 mins walk from Cathedral. David on reception greated us on arrival, he was pleased to see us & helpful, luckily our room was ready early. A beautiful room with huge bed and lovely bathroom, good lighting too. Nice view. Quiet too, no complaints at all. Breakfast was incredible buffet, there was nothing missing. Beautiful Pool too. I'd stay again

A wonderful stay at Meliá Sevilla – outstanding service from an exceptional team
Carolyn and I have just returned from another wonderful stay at the Meliá Sevilla, where we spent three nights from 28th September to 1st October, and once again the hotel delivered an absolutely fantastic experience. There are many hotels that offer comfortable accommodation, good food and attractive surroundings, but what really distinguishes the Meliá Sevilla is the quality of its staff and the genuine care they put into looking after their guests. We stayed in The Level, where Estrella was her usual wonderful self, efficient, welcoming and always a pleasure to see. She has that lovely ability to make guests feel recognised and valued, and her professionalism is a real credit to the hotel. Over in the Elyxr Bar, Celia and Carmen were simply superb. They looked after us beautifully throughout our stay, combining warmth, friendliness and impeccable service with cocktail-making skills that can only be described as legendary! They made our evenings thoroughly enjoyable and deserve special recognition. We also enjoyed a memorable dining experience at Quimera Restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to get the names of the staff who looked after us, but they were excellent. The food was superb, the service attentive without ever being intrusive, and dining on the terrace with the magnificent Plaza de España as our backdrop was one of those magical experiences that stays with you long after the holiday has ended. The housekeeping team deserve equal praise. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and absolutely immaculate whenever we returned from exploring the city. It's easy to overlook the people working behind the scenes, but their dedication and attention to detail contributed enormously to our enjoyment of the hotel. The location is excellent for discovering Seville, but ultimately it's the people who make the Meliá Sevilla such a pleasure to visit. Throughout our stay, we encountered a team who were friendly, attentive, professional and consistently willing to go that little bit further to ensure their guests were happy. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you value exceptional service, excellent food, comfortable accommodation and a team who genuinely care about their guests, the Meliá Sevilla is a wonderful choice. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable. We will certainly be returning.

Wouldn’t hesitant to stay here again
We choose this hotel as slightly out of the way from the historic centre so much quieter but 5 mins walk from the beautiful Plaza Espania. Beautiful pool to relax after a day of exploring, we chose the Level rooms, gave access to executive lounge which was great to chill in after a busy day, also complementary drinks and food served throughout the day, luxurious bedrooms with the biggest bed we have ever had, would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book again. Really helpful and friendly staff.

Lovely hotel and helpful staff
A good quality hotel. Staff were very helpful, especially Luna on The Level reception. Well worth upgrading to Level for access to drinks and snacks all day. The hotel is well situated, opposite Plaza De Espana. The pool is a real bonus, especially when the weather is very warm. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Would definitely return.
