I had fish paella with lobster pieces , fresh seafood, I didn't personally like the fish sauce for paella would have liked another sauce , friendly and professional service from serving staff, more for tourists

I took a trip to Colombia for my 50th birthday with my daughter. The first 5 days were spent in Cartagena at this hotel. The hotel was beautiful and had everything we needed. There is a restuarant and bar beneath the hotel rooms, they have gated entry that you must be buzzed in to enter or leave, they have a beautiful rooftop pool, you have breakfast directly across the street at the sister hotel and the breakfast is delicious with lots of options, we had plenty of hot water and great WiFi, the staff held doors for us and assisted us in every way they could. We spoke very little Spanish but they made us feel welcome and they were very friendly. When we checked out they hired us a cab driver they knew and on our way out of town the hotel called him to let him know my daughter had left her tablet in the room so we were able to turn around and go back and get it. I was very impressed and would recommend this to anyone going to the walled city. Our balcony was beautiful and caught a nice breeze.

Great staff!
Very kind and helpful staff, easy stay in a great location! We didn't need a fancy room as my wife and I were more interested in strolling around the walled city so room -wise we got what we paid for. Rooms were clean and we felt safe at all times.

Great Experience! Amazing helpful staff
This hotel’s lobby is run from the hotel across the street, Aposentos de San Pedro. There you will find the most helpful staff made up of Dagoberto, Liduvina, David and Jesus. They are very efficient, courteous, friendly and willing to help in every way, from basic needs in our hotel room to recommending and helping us plan and reserve outings. Our housekeeper in the room, Mary, maintained our room fresh and clean. The breakfast in the morning is a wonderful and delicious experience. The hotel lies above the Nautilus restaurant which also serves delicious food that we experienced for dinner. The rooms offer an exciting view of the city which we enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle of every morning. We enjoyed experiencing the local color and ambience, sounds and all. We are very grateful with the staff of Aposentos De San Pedro/Nautilus!

Sea Food
It is a good restaurant if you are interested in sea food. For vegetarians just one option that is vegetarian rice very simple a little vegetables and a little expensive for what you get. Service is good.
